"Oh c'mon! A girl can joke!" She smirked as they walked. "Besides, it rhymed!"

(We won't)
(Ah, okay!)
They stepped off the ship and into the busy streets of Anjou, Morrigan’s eyes flicking around nervously. She lead Lucian through winding roads, the map of the sector emblazoned in her mind even after all these years.
(Thanks guys)
Cicada slowly walked up to her own grave. She moved some of the dirt and lifted up a big wooden chest.
(Cross my heart and hope to fly. Besides, I think all Jo Jo's doin is grocery shopping)
He chuckled lightly. "Fine. But only because it rhymed."
(I'm in angst city.)
(I have plans in Anjou as well Topaz so I get it)
Lucian glanced around at the crowds of people. He wondered where they were going. Morrigan hadn’t told him what she needed, so all he could do was watch her closely and follow. He had never been to Anjou before, so he considered it to be nice to see the place where Morrigan grew up.
"Alright whippersnapper." She pulled out her list. "Let's see, I need beef, peppers, maple syrup, and I haven't gotten mozzarella in a while so I think I'll get that so we can make mini pizzas."
It was all coming back to her now. The smell of sweat, grime, and hot metal, the sound of hammers clanging, blacksmiths working, and announcements blaring. She repressed a shudder, slipping into a side street that led to a broken down fence around a dying, sick forest.
He rolled his eyes at her. "The last time I was here there was this market that sold a ton of food for really low prices. Follow me." Ryan set off, feeling nostalgia as he walked through the streets.
Lucian’s lips twitched down, looking at the scenery in front of him. Why were they headed there? What could be in the dying forest that she needed?”
"Alrighty, lead the way!" She followed him down the plaza.
(Okay time to fangirl a little about this rp. I love the parallels between how Ryan and Morrigan view Anjou. Because of Morrigan's past, the whole place seems tragic and horrible, but Ryan had a happier past so to him Anjou is a nice welcoming environment and….ah I love it!)
(Same! I love parallels.)

Ikr?
Cicada opened the chest. In it was a pair of two daggers, an outfit, and a painting. She pulled the painting out first. It was Cicada, Breeze, James, and River at a festival in Divo. She smiled at the pure innocence on all of their faces.
A few of the shops seemed to have changed, but Ryan recognized most of them from his childhood. The jewelry shop where Cade, Ella, Allie, and I got mom that necklace. Oh, the bakery! Man, I love that place. Eventually they came across a small store squished between two others. "Well, this is it." It seemed a lot more run down than the last time Ryan had been there.
Morrigan wove her way through the trees, stopping only at a path of thorn bushes to push aside the briars, scraping her hands and retrieving a few blood red roses. She then continued through the forest, glancing back at Lucian every so often.
Joanna nodded. "So, are we parting ways here? I shop and you go find your family?"
"Yup. I hope they haven't moved since I left, or It'll take me a long time to find them." Ryan began to walk away, waving to Joanna. "See you later!"
Lucian frowned a tad more in thought. “Morrigan, where are we going?” He finally asked, ducking under a low branch.
