(should we keep rping?)
(I guess?)
(I mean sure.)
Morrigan was hopelessly confused, bombarded with too many thoughts with not enough preparation. Rurning a corner, she bumped into (whoever wants to).
Cicada fell back as Morrigan bumped into her, "Hey watch it!"
( Back! )
Leah finally managed to walk up the stairs, but still leaning heavily on the wall. Every single breath hurt her side. She debated going back towards the infirmary, but decided to continue to walk towards the deck.
"Sorry!", she said to the redheaded stowaway. "And I never learned your name, either."
"Oh yeah," Cicada responded, "I'm Cicada."
"Hey, Cicada. You probably already know me as Morrigan. Do you know where Kameo is?", she asked a little nervously. "I have to ask him about Ace."
"Oh uh," Cicada grew silent, "About that."
Morrigan's fear surged and she took a step back. "WHat happened?!", she demamnded, already guessing the answer. Nononononononono please no!
"Ace is dead," Cicada whispered.
She shook her head frantically, tears leaping to her eyes. "Not possible. Kameo was making a cure—– that's not possible!" Her voice rose with her desperation and she took another step back.
"I'm sorry," Cicada consoled Morrigan, "I don't know the details just the outcome."
Morrigan was unconsolable. She took another tsep back, then two, then four, then eight. "Not possible.", she repeated, the hot tears spilling over.
"I'm so very sorry," Cicada stayed where she was. Not wanting to hurt Morrigan anymore than she already had, "We're stopping to have his funeral soon. I think."
Morrigan could barely hear her, could barely think, could barely feel herself whio around too run down the hall and into her room.
Cicada wanted to run after her, but didn't because it would probably be better.
Ryan watched as the girl Morrigan ran by him. Wonder where she's going…..
Lucian got up from his chair, picking up the empty mug. He left his office and headed to the kitchen to wash.
Morrigan slammed and locked her bedroom door behind her, sinking to the floor in a mess of tears.
Kameo got up from his bed and opened the door, grabbing the plate of cookies and heading to Morrigan's room. She was his go-to confidante. He slumped against the door.
"Morrigan. Morrigan. Mooooooorrrrrrrrriiiiiiiiiiiigggggggggggaaaaaaaaaaannnn."
Morrigan hastily wiped the tears off her face, opening the door. “Kameo? I— I’m sorry.” She let him in.
Kameo fell in, landing on the floor. Brushing himself off, he leaned back on Morrigan's bed and grabbed a pillow, burying his face into it and crying.
