@Mr.Misfit
Dylan chuckled softly, "Well you can't very well be your own best friend, now can you? You know yourself too well! That's what I'm for. Now let's get going. Moon's rising."
Dylan chuckled softly, "Well you can't very well be your own best friend, now can you? You know yourself too well! That's what I'm for. Now let's get going. Moon's rising."
"Yes, we should go. I've already sent Oscar the coordinates, so now all we need is Vaughn…" Avery trailed off, looking toward the cabin in slight concern.
Vaughn did a quick once over of each room, making sure everythung was perfect. Eventually, he did come outside, hands stuffed into the pockets of his suit coat.
As Vaughn came outside, Avery let out a light sigh of relief, thinking, Great, now I won't have to go in and get him, so we can leave earlier.
"Good, you're here," she said, nodding to him in greeting. She looked between the two guys. "You both ready to go?"
Vaughn simply nodded, eyes trained at the house. At safety. What was he thinking when he decided to leave with Avery and Dylan? He obviously wasn’t thinking enough.

"Ready as I can be, given the circumstances."
Avery let out a heavy sigh.
"Good. Let's go, then. Oscar, open the doors, please," she instructed the car, which obeyed immediately.
She got into the driver's seat and waited for the guys to get in the car before giving Oscar the go-ahead to leave.
Vaughn, as always, slipped into the back seat of the car. He looked out the window at the wilderness for a moment before tilting his head back to look up at the inside of the car.

Dylan got into the passenger seat, waving a final goodbye to the cabin. He turned back to Vaughn, "Thanks for coming with us, man. We'll need your help."
“Mm, I had to. No where else to go, anyways,” Vaughn responded, tapping his boot on the floor of the car. His grey eyes flicked down at himself as he adjusted his collar.
(Ugh, sorry I disappeared! I had to do something, and then my friend spent the night.)
"Do you want the windows open, Vaughn?" Avery asked, glancing back in the rearview mirror.
(It’s all good)
“That would be greatly appreciated..” Vaughn murmured in response as he adjusted his posture in the seat to sit up more.
"All right. Oscar, windows, please," Avery directed the car. "And then please set off for our destination."
"Of course, Avery. We will arrive in about fifteen minutes," Oscar replied as the windows rolled down.
"Thanks. Well, let's go, then."
The car lifted off the ground and shot off toward the docks at Avery's instruction, and they were then one step closer to Botswanna.
“Thank you,” Vaughn said quickly. He felt better now that he was getting fresh air. Even though he wasn’t fond that the high winds would most likely mess up his hair, he would put up with it that time.
Dylan was close to sticking his head out the window and shouting. Again, flying made him feel invincible, and regardless whether he was inside a plane, or on the roof of an invisible flying car, he always took flight over drive when thinking of how to get somewhere.
(Hey, I'm not going to be on today. I've got a friend over and I'm babysitting some kids tonight. Sorry!)
It was dark by the time the trio made it to the docks, so Oscar didn't have to use his camouflaging technology to keep them hidden as they landed.
"All right, we're here. Dylan, you ready?" Avery asked quietly.
(Bumping.)
Dylan shook his head, staring out at the pitch black ocean. As each wave crashed against the docks he felt less and less sure of it all. He was about to leave.
He attempted to clear his head. After all, there wasn't much here for him anyways.
He raised his hands palms out to the ocean, closed his eyes, and imagined a block in his mind. It formed slowly, black tendrils of shadow slipping into the shape, barely visible against the night sky. This time, it was nearly double his height, if not more. Next came the sloped bottom of the ship. The extra simply dissolved, rather than slip out as a whole tendril.
The process continued, and soon he was done. The ship sank silently until it rested on the water. Dylan walked forward to rest his palm on it. It felt like steel.
Avery watched, mesmerized, as Dylan formed a life-size version of the ship from earlier. When he finished, she walked over to it and knocked on it with her fist. It clanged like real metal.
"Nice job," she said with a nod as she turned to him. She looked between they two guys. "You ready to go?"
Vaughn watched as the boat was formed, emotionless as always. But he had to admit, he was impressed by Dylan’s work. It looked very realistic to him. He gave Avery an unsure nod, fidgeting with his suit jacket.
Dylan released the breath he didn't realize he was holding, "Yeah, let's go. Ramp's up that way." He pointed towards the bow of the ship.
