(yeah that'd be good. and since I'm bored I'll pick up where we left off)

Vos was sitting in the back of the bar, glass of bourbon in hand as he glanced around the room. He had exchanged his usual dark wear for a dark button down and a black suit vest, the chain of a pocket watch glinting in the dim lights of the bar. He had a small smile across his face, as he was in a rather good mood. He had gotten rid of almost five tallies that day

Kain sauntered into the bar wearing his usual suit attire, except for an added flower crown decorating his head as he sat down at one of the bar stools and ordered a Pink Fairy Delight mixture with a butt-ton of vodka added in. He sipped on his sugary vodka drink in joyous celebration as he made conversation with the men sitting beside him at the bar.

Vos had looked up when he heard someone entering the bar, though he nearly did a double take when he found the man from the night before walking in. His eyes widened even more when he saw the flower crown, but he guessed he couldn't judge. He waited for him to sit down and order before slipping out of his booth. He walked over to Kain, smirking widely as he stood behind him. "Hello, Kain," he purred into his ear, his voice lowered as he ran his hands along the man's sides

Kain nearly spit out his drink as he heard a familiar voice speak in his hear as he felt seeking hands run along his sides. He felt his back straighten by the sensation of hands on him. He swallowed his mouthful of fairy-pink vodka before turning his head to be face-to-face with–
"Ah, Vohanu…" He purred out happily.

"It's a pleasure to see you again," Vos hummed, that lazy smirk still on his face as he slid into the seat next to Kain. "But please, call me Vos," he hummed before bringing the glass of bourbon to his lips. He took a sip before setting it on the counter, where he now leaned partially

"The pleasure is mine, Vos," Kain replied with a smirk of his own. "So what brings you to this bar?" He asked, stirring his drink with his pinky finger before taking another sip. His other hand strayed to his head, fixing the off-center flower crown into place.

"A small victory and a bout of alcoholism," Vos chuckled, taking a sip of his bourbon before setting it down again. He had his sleeves rolled up, exposing the myriad of spindly branches and ravens that were tattooed onto his skin. There were odd tally marks on his inner wrists and forearms as well, but he subconsciously tried to cover them

Kain spotted a glimpse of the tally marks but decided not to ask about them just yet. "Ah, a small victory huh?" He asked dully as he concentrated on the outer tattoos on Vos's arms.
"Nice," he commented softly before taking a full swig of his drink, nearly downing the entire thing in one go.

Vos nodded, chuckling a tad when Kain downed almost all his drink in one go. He sipped his own glass slowly, not exactly wanting to get drunk. They might be in the sector of the city that welcomed supernatural creatures, but he wouldn't want to ruin that should he get violent and blow up an entire city block while intoxicated

"You're at a bar. Drink. Yeah…" Kain choked out, very clearly already feeling the effects of his drink.
"Ah yes… have I said you look rather nice for your kind?" he asked out of the blue, staring at nothing in particular.
"Oh oh yeah I should probably update the program to stage 3…" he mumbled breathily to himself before turning to Vos, seemingly snapping out of his drunkenness until he actually smiled normally at the demon king.

(kinda wanna make a headcanon where alcohol makes Kain feel things but I don't know yet lmao)

(the only question now is whether or not he feels things in his head or in his dick lmao)

Vos raised a dark brow at how spaced out Kain seemed to be, but he didn't bother asking what was going on. He had always believed humans strange, and Kain was no different. "I would assume that I am rather good-looking to a human. My true form, or even my halform isn't quite as pretty, I must admit," he chuckled

(Both. Both is good.)

"Doubt it. Demons are always more beautiful than humans." Kain commented, finishing off the last of his heavy drink.
"I've studied your kind enough to know how beautiful and dangerous you all are. It's quite wonderful really. If I'm being honest here, I'm jealous." He leaned his head against his propped up arm, his flower crown slipping to the side and messing up his hair slightly.

"There is beauty in the mechanisms of a killer, I will admit," Vos hummed before taking a slightly bigger sip of his bourbon. "Which is why I must admit I was intrigued by you. Normally I can't help but find humans vulgar. The mother of my own child is little better than a wilting flower among a sea of weeds, I must admit. You, however. There is something about you that nearly resembles my own kind."

"It's that obvious huh?" Kain leaned so far forward that he was practically laying his head on his arm.
"I've been trying for a while now to find a way to turn myself into a demon like you. Then I can unleash my ultimate weapon among humans while I watch from a distance as they crumble beneath my final superior power… That's the basics at least…" Kain reached forward and played with the rim of Vos's drink.

Vos's eyes flicked down to watch Kain play with his glass for a moment before they went back to Kain's face. A sly smirk slowly crossed his face, his eyes lighting up with a mischievous glint. "What if I told you a certain demon king might be able to help?" he purred

"Hmm? Who? Is he a rapist? I don't make deals with rapists…" Kain perked up, almost spilling Vos's drink on accident. He quickly recovered himself and put his down on the bar table instead.
"Whoops sorry there doll." He apologized for the near-mess.
