(and yes potato bread exists. it's actually really good toasted. toasted naan bread with Nutella is also good)

(Too much wheat in general can be bad for your digestion, but it's an important source of glucose so I guess it's everything in moderation. Sorry my family is kinda obsessed with food so I'm filled with random facts)

(bacon is the one thing you can't give up. I've got a friend who is total vegetarian except for bacon. he justifies it by saying bacon is a plant somehow but it's funny to listen to)
