"Born ready!" she laughed, her cheecks flushed
"Sure," Luno answered, looking a bit eager as he looked into the machine. He looked away, shifting from foot to foot eagerly as he looked over at Baz
Durbin finished up the details on her tattoo, and began to shade the thing, adding perspective as well.
"Shit" she whined, the shading being the worst part
"Alright, use this little joystick to control the claw inside," Baz explained as he popped a few quarters in, standing back as the game began as he motioned for Luno to give it a try. There were a few people trying it around them, though only a few actually emerged with the prize. "And press the red button once you want to pick a stuffed animal up."
"Yeah, I know." Durbin said, trying to finish as quickly and efficiently as possible to spare her the pain. He was done shortly.
Luno nodded as he looked down at the controls quickly. He read the instructions on the game before starting it. He frowned in concentration, deciding to try and go for a large, pastel blue owl plushie towards the back. He stuck his tongue out in concentration before pressing the button for the claw. He was worried he hadn't gotten it at first, but his eyes lit up when the claw got the plushie by the ear

(YUp lmao)
Baz laughed as he watched Luno from the other side, finding it adorable when they stuck their tongue out in concentration. He grinned lazily, leaning against the glass as he continued to watch them, clapping when Luno managed to watch the owl by the ear. "Not bad," he chuckled, shaking his head as the claw began to drop the pastel blue plushy into a small pit, where it later reappeared at the bottom of the machine.
Luno reached for the plushie, smiling as he did so. "Did I win?" he asked, hugging the owl to his chest as his eyes practically shone with happiness
Aleena caught up to him and grabbed her purse
Creed groaned, his head hurt from the collision, and he failed for the first time. He started walking off quickly in another direction.
“I’m not done with you!” She said catching up to him
Luno reached for the plushie, smiling as he did so. "Did I win?" he asked, hugging the owl to his chest as his eyes practically shone with happiness
Baz nodded, a rare, bright smile easily crossing his face at the sight of Lunos' happiness like their excitement was almost contagious. "If you can win at the claw, I'd bet you're great at every other arcade game," he chuckled, running a hand through his dark hair as he looked around the arcade for a few moments. "Do you want to keep playing?"
Luno nodded, his smile near blinding as he did so. He hugged the owl tightly to his chest, looking a lot like a little kid on Christmas. He loved the stuffed animal, as dorky as it was
“I’m not done with you!” She said catching up to him
Creed looked back at the woman, picking up his pace. He needed to be more careful next time, he couldn't get caught or he wouldn't be able to take care of his sister.
She caught up to him “why did you steal my purse? And how? I was talking to the little girl one second and the next, I see you with my wallet!”
(I ship Baz and Luno so hard help)
Creed glanced at the woman, and picked up his pace again, speeding almost to a run. "Look, I'm sorry lady but I have places to be and I really, really can't handle this right now!" He turned a corner and slid past a hotdog stand, hoping to shake the woman off his path.
“Well I need answers!” She said following him
Creed was exhausted and this wasn't exactly helping his mood. "I don't have time for this!" He exclaimed. He turned to face the woman. "Why do you need answers anyway! I tried to take your wallet, and failed! That's it!" He turned back and kept walking.
