(He is a leopard)
Basil stopped and stared at the person he scared.

He wasn’t really sure what he was talking about. “….What?” I’m not really following this guy….
(She's in peregrine falcon form at the moment)
Ana eyed the leopard, her keen, predatorial gaze held steady.
He sat and stared, moving his tail back and forth
Ana did not even know the name of this shifter, yet she'd seen this leopard several times today already; her curiosity was thoroughly picqued. Who was this shifter, and why did she keep running into them - and others, for that matter - when it was rare to come across another shifter at all?
Taking one final moment to relish in the feeling of her favorite form, Ana shifted, remaining upon the branch but in human form. "I haven't seen you before. New to street life?"

“You May ask me any question you wish like as most people say ‘why the f are you 14’ or the classic mother question ‘where’s your family?’” He says

He shifted to a human and sat on the ground. "No I'm not new I just don't go out or show off myself much." He replied.
Ana nodded; she tended to do the same unless it was strictly necessary to do otherwise in order to survive. "Yet today I've seen more shifters than I have in months, and all at once, too," she mused. The seventeen-year-old considered going for a weapon, but some instinct within advised that this would not be needed. "It's only getting worse and worse around here." The guards had been cracking down lately, and more and more shifters were being forced into hiding. For the life of her, Ana could not understand the hatred and prejudice against shifters, reckoning that they should be admired for their apparently natural gifts rather than hunted down for them.
"The officers have been looking for new ways to hunt us down. They fear what we can do and what we may be able to do. Some believe it is only jealousy though." Basil said as he picked at some of the grass. "I wish someone would destroy their company or just shut them down."
"Wouldn't surprise me if they're only capturing shifters to try to figure out a way to…get some of what we've got, or something like that," she murmured thoughtfully. If scientists could find a way to transfer shifter abilities, the world would really be sent off the rails; it was an idea, alongside with the possibility of regulars being jealous of shifters, that had been sitting in her head for quite some time. Not to mention the thought of what we may be able to do.
"Yes," Ana replied, "Hiding is no way to live." Even if she was good at it, others did not deserve such a fate. Something needed to be done.
"True, but sometimes it is the only way to survive. But surviving is not living." he told her and thought about stuff.
Lovino stood up abruptly "ill be back I can hear talking," he shifts into an Amur leopard and ran untill he saw the two. "Hello." he growls out.
Ever since Ana was fourteen, survival had been her main goal, and her only one at times. Only recently had she begun to contemplate the idea that there must be more to life than this. How did regulars spend their days when survival was not difficult but was handed to them on a platter? How did they live, not having to worry constantly about staying hidden, elusive, on the run from the world? Even before leaving home, she had always had to worry about being caught and turned in by a family member full of more government brainwashing than love for her. Ana Mendoza had not ever really experienced living, and she doubted many shifters had.
"Living seems to be banned from shifters, then," she said dryly, "As it is now, anyways."
"yeah." He said then stood up and saw the leopard.
Miles watched Lovino leave. Finally I get some time to myself… Although he could beg to differ that some company wasn’t all that bad. He shifted back into a human and tugged his hood more over his head. I’m unsure what I want to be today….
Lovino took a step toward them “who are you?” He asks
"Could be asking the same question to you." Basil replied.
Lovino sighed “all I kneed to know is how old are you.” He says than adds “nothing else.”
"Creep." Basil joked.
Lovino glares at him “I will tell you mine if you tell me yours,” he says ‘age to a shifter is most important older you are better you shift I shouldn’t be able to at 14’ he thinks.
"I'm seventeen. and if you wanted to know my name is Basil." Basil said to the leopard shifter boy.
Lovino shifts in to a human Basil towering over him “my name is Lovino and I’m 14.” He states
Basil sighs why do i have to be so short he thinks. "So what is your preferred."
The Maltese tiger.” Lovino says “although my fur is not as blue as I would like yet..”
