Leo didn't get clearance, because he technically was still green. And not in his department. Lillian stole Leo's bike to make her way to Belle. The wind blowing through her hair as she sped through the streets.

Green :) Lol. Darren paced in the waiting room and cried his eyes out, not caring what other's thought as his hands shook. Someone offered him a chair and water but he turned them away.
Her heart hurt. She'd killed him. This was her fault. The swirling spiral of her depression was having a ball in her head.
Lillian got off the bike and basically pounded on Belle's door. Not because she was angry, but because she needed to get back to Darren, "Belle?! Ryan?! You guys here?!"

Belle pressed her hand against her mouth, desperately trying to compose herself.
"Are you sure you don't want to go Belle? Even just to help Darren?"
"Darren found him, um almost dead. I think Cooper got really lucky, and now he's going into surgery to see if they can save him," Lillian said quietly, "Belle, do you want to come with me back to the hospital?"
She considered it before slowly nodding. "I-I'll go but I won't go in the room. I can't."
"No one's asking you too," Lillian responded, "Ryan are you coming with?"
She stood slowly, wiping her eyes.
"Yeah," he nodded, "Let's go,"
Lillian nodded and moved back to Leo's bike. She hopped on and revved the engines, looking back at the house seeing if the couple were to come out anytime soon.
Ryan helped Belle to the car, "It'll be okay," he promised as he gave her hand a squeeze.
Lillian saw them getting into the car. She let out a soft sigh before kicking off and riding back to the hospital.
