Darren looked at her, his smile dropped as he hit his knees in pain. His eyes blackened and he let out a roar that rattled the house and could be heard all over town.

Lillian covered her ears as the roar sounded throughout. She could feel her heart pounding in her chest. What the fuck just happened?! "D-Darren?"

Lillian's eyes grew wide. She moved to stand up, "Shit."

Lillian walked over and kneeled down next to him, "Then let's go."

Darren shimmered to Belle. âWhere is he?â He cried, âWhere my brother?!â
She nearly screamed, he scared her so bad. "He's in the warehouse back by the water. I only did what he told me to!" She pushed past him. She didn't want to confront the body until she had to. By then, it'd be just another case.
âBelle! On Stafford?â He grabbed her arm to pull her back.
âWhere else?" She yanked her arm out of his grip and kept walking. If she stayed emotionless and cold to everyone she saw on the walk home, no one would notice.
Darren grabbed Lillian and shimmered to the warehouse where he froze, looking at his brother dangling from a rope. He screamed, âCooper!â
