"What time is it?", she replied somewhat shakily in an attempt to lighten the mood, heart beating wildly.
"What time is it?", she replied somewhat shakily in an attempt to lighten the mood, heart beating wildly.
"'Round, three ten or so,"
"oops." Fae said, calling her dragons to her. "We should probably get going, I just need to grab a vase for my Gran. Her old oe broke last week. She did so, quickly saying bye to her boss.
"Bye," Augustus breathed, waving his hand.
Cruz waited patiently by the door, sliding his coat back on.
Fae retrieved all her shopping bags from the back and slipped her coat on, wrapping her scarf firmly around her neck. As she and Cruz exited the shop together, an icy gust of wind hitting their faces despite the bright sun above, she couldn't help feeling excited, and maybe a little scared too. "The walk's about twenty minutes, sorry.", she commented to Cruz as the went along. "I have a– a sort of fear of cars and the subway, apologies." "I don't bite.", the man leers at her, shoving her into his car and crawling in afterwards, reaching towards her and smiling disgustingly. Fae shook her head to clear out the memories, but they just kept coming, eating at her resolve. Two months later, she's on the subway. Another man grinning at her perversely, coming forward to touch her when she isn't looking. Tears sprung to Fae's eyes, but she held them back, hoping Cruz wouldn't notice.
(is Cruz going to tell his * big secret * [suspense] while they're walking?)
Cruz squinted his eyes against the bitter wind, hiding his hands to keep warm in his pockets. He wound his arm to link with hers after a moment e )or so, and placed his hands back to their warm coves. "It's alright," he responded to her; he pretended not to notice her tears, because he empathized wth the embarrassing vulnerability public tears came with.
( mmmmmmaaayyybbbee )
(Kk)
Grateful for his purposeful blind-eye, Fae blinked to dispel the tears. "The weather should be pretty good tomorrow, which is fortunate since it's Easter.", she said, dwarfed by his height. "Why are you so tall?", she complained lightheartedly, trying to straighten her back and appear taller. "And I'm wearing heels, too!"
His mostly stoic lips pried into another grin, casting a snarky look to her. "You really wanna hear?" He asked, his tone warning he was about to say something ludicrous.
Fae grinned back, hopping up and down to make herself look taller. "How bad can it be?"
(Fae is very petite, and quite short)
Eeeeeee ))
"Would you believe me if I said my parents were Grecian Titans?" He laughed, evidently joking. It was easy to tell, with the mischevious glimmer in his slightly squinted chocolate eyes.
"Yeah, sure.", Fae snorted, eyes glinting happily. "And I'm half garden gnome.", she said sarcastically.
(Fae is also a master of sarcasm lol)
Lol! )
"wow, that explains soo much," he widened his eyes, teasingly.
(*squeal SHIP awwwwwwwwww, but Fae's going to die.)
(by the way, could Fae and Cruz get the morning off tomorrow since it's Easter?)
Fae swatted his shoulder with her hand, slightly embarrassed that she had to go on tip-toe to do so comfortably. "So, what time do you want to meet for the Fair tomorrow?", she asked him, still grinning.
(she probably won't die in this particular roleplay.)
(maybe)
(@Natasha, where's Sabine? I miss her)
(on an aside, @St0rmFry, where's Kennedy gone? ):
Yeah, August will have the day off too :) )j
And GOD WHY DO YOU DO THIS. CRUZ WILL BE DESTROYED I HOOE YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF UGHGNHGHGHGG ))
XD ))
He tried to keep his lips covering his teeth since the wind froze them, "Does five work for you?" He asked her, chestnut hair mussed to tangles from the relentless wind.
(I'mstill trying to figure some things out for Sabine. I am currently FREAKING OUT)
(I do feel very good about myself, thanks for asking ;)
(lol)
"Are you available in the morning?", Fae asked, wisps of hair coming loose from her braid and flying into her face. "Like, eleven-ish?"
(how come, @Natasha?)
"Yeah, if you're ready to call me about sixteen times to wake me up." He snorted quietly.
Fae shoved him playfully. "How 'bout twelve, then?", she replied, ready to do just that.
"Yyyyeahh, I should be mostly alive by twelve." He humored softly.
(Because- so I live in Brasil right now. And I've been here about a year and a half. And I've only been able to talk to two of my friends. And just about an hour ago one of my friends gave me the emails of some of my other friends, and I've heard from two of them and………………………AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I'm soooooo HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
