Ace knocked again at the apartment door, pretending his stub of a finger didn't hurt and wasn't dripping blood. "ANYONE IN THERE?!"

Dani turned. "Hold on a sec." She let go of Mackenzie and she followed Skylar into the kitchen while Danni went to the door. She peeked out. "Ace–what are you DOING here! You should be in the hospital wing right now."

Skylar rummaged through the cabinets looking for some bananas. Finally finding some, she pulled two out, peeled them both, and handed one to Mackenzie. "There ya go! are you thirsty?" she asked, taking a bite of her banana.

"I-I'm fine." Ace held up a hand to wave, unfortunately, it was his left hand. "I'm great, really."

Mackenzie took the banana happily. "Mo fank you." She said, mouth full of banana.

Dani rolled her eyes. "No you're not you idiot. Go back. Or I'll have Zander carry you back there."

Sky laughed. "Ok."

"I'm fine, really." Ace pushed past her, hiding his middle finger stump and stopping at the sight of all the children. "Hey." he waved.
A child smiled at him, "Can I see your tattoos?"
"Sure!" Ace sat down and pressed his TV show tattoo, causing a screen to pop up on the palm of his hand.

"Oh my goodness Ace." Dani said, exasperated. "You're bleeding from like, ten different places at least, and you're missing a finger." Zanader quickly agreed with her.

Skylar walked out of the kitchen , only to find Ace losing a lot of blood while sitting there like nothing was wrong. whatt? "Umm, Ace? Um, shouldn't you be in the hospital?" sky asked, eyeing him with worry.

"I'm fine." Ace ignored the bursting pain and his finger stump bleeding. "You don't happen to have glasses, do you?"

Dani locked eyes with Skylar and mentally transmitted. Help! He won't listen to me.

Ace could barely see what he was playing on his hand. He hoped it wasn't R-rated.

"Ace. Seriously. What is wrong with you? You need to go to the hospital." she said, placing her hands on her hips and sighing.

Mackenzie walked over to Ace and put her hand on his arm. "You need to get fixed!" She said enthusiastically. "You can't be fixed here." She smiled up at him.

Ace smiled at the girl, "I was already broken in the first place."

"Yeah you look like a train wreck."Zander commented playfully," And I should know, I was the one who helped Macha get you back."

Ace sighed, "They cut off my middle finger. Now I can't flip anyone off with my left hand."

"ACE! You are going back to the hospital whether you like it, or not. I will drag you all the way there myself." she snapped, taking a few steps toward him.

Mackenzie put her hand on his heart. "I can fix your heart." She said with difficulty. "Tats my power." She looked at Dani for conformation. Dani nodded. "That's right. She can inflict positive emotions and literally fix your heart." Dani explained.

"Yeah you look like a train wreck."Zander commented playfully," And I should know, I was the one who helped Macha get you back."

(Yeah sorry, I would have given a timetable but I honestly didn't know how long I would take either )

Ace scooted back, "I don't like being forced to think positively. Besides, my heart can't be fixed, it's gone past the point of return."
