"Um, no. Not exactly." She said, sitting down at the table and grabbing a piece of paper and a brown-ish sand colored crayon.

"I think I like that kind of bird." He spoke, "My wings are like a crow. Did you know crows are super smart?" He took the black crayon to start drawing a bird shape.

"I feel like throwing up. What they do to TGR agents is a thousand times worst than what they do to people with powers." She said softly.

Zander felt shame rise up in him again. "I know," He said quietly." They do horrible things."

"That's why I stuck my dagger into the wall." She explained. "It's like, a tribute to the dead that we can't bury."

Zander reflected on the memory of Dani sticking the knife in the wall. "That's what that was for…" Zander said softly, still lost in thought.

Dani nodded. "It's not your fault." She said softly, putting her hand over Zander's.

"Uh, no I Don't know that much about birds." She admitted.

Dear Dani,
My princess, I am so proud of you! Keep your head held high. Be gentle and understanding. Listen to others. Find yourself a knight in shining armor who loves you for the real you. Don't try to please others. Surrond yourself with friends that care about you and never let them go. Be kind. Be accepting of everyone. Keep that beautiful smile on your face and let others help you shoulder your pain. Set a good example for others. I might not be with you physically, but I'm still here.
