Lewis did in fact notice Sienne was shaking, but he didn't say anything. He knew what was wrong. She had a horrible vision, too, and didn't want to share.
"Well, If you say so. If you ever want to talk about anything, though, I'm your guy."
Ari sighed. "In my vision, I watched as Siren was tortured. I was helpless to save her and right before the scene changed Siren shouted, 'You failed me. You'll never be the sister I need.' Then it changed……….." She swallowed hard. "I watched as all of you were consumed by flames. I was helpless and……..you looked at me. There was so much pain and fear in your eyes…………….." Ari took a deep breath, refusing to go into another panic attack.
(Oh boy… Siren watch what you say!)
Sienne looked down. She felt she needed to tell someone, and she trusted Lewis the most, "Lewis… I… I need to tell you something," she hesitated, "I need to tell someone, but, can we go somewhere private? I know most people don't understand ASL, but it'll make me feel better."
Lewis nodded. "Of course. Where do you want to go?"
Siren sat there looking around. Everyone else was talking but she sat there with blank wide eyes worndering, What's going to happen to me. Will I die like lots of people who went on quests or live with my family? My friends? Everyone? Siren shook with doubt.
Sienne shrugged, "Do you know anywhere where we could talk in private?"
"The forest. People don't usually just wander around in there," Lewis replied.
Maze took her chair and put it in the cabin, then left. Nothing to see here!
Siren felt her body give up. No, I can die not here not now! Siren tried to stand up just to fall again. Siren thought, Do I really die here alone?
Lewis led the way to one of his favorite spots in the forest, under the branches of an oak. He often read there, and it was almost always quiet.
Siren breathed deeply still hearing the voice, Siren over and over.
(this is what I call boredizim
"Thanks, Lewis. But, one thing first… do you have Kuzco? He calms me down," Sienne was embarrassed at the request and felt her face become hot, thinking it was stupid.
(Oh I thought I wrote he gave it back earlier but oh well)
"Oh, yeah. Thanks for letting me borrow him." Lewis reached into his jacket pocket and pulled out the stuffed llama. He handed it to Sienne.
"Thanks," Sienne said and squeezed him. She stuffed him in her elbow and started to explain, "So, what happened was we were all in a life or death situation and… and I tried… I tried to tell you guys because I knew what to do but… but you couldn't hear me. I kept trying to get you attention, but no one listened, and… and," Sienne began to shake more, "no one even looked at me. I was invisible," Sienne started to cry, "I… I'm sorry Lewis… I just…" she couldn't sign anymore and just cradled Kuzco in her arms and rocked back and forth, crying.
(this is the best RP I'm on right now)
(@BookAddict you left me hanging)
"Well, you know what? It's just a fear of yours, and it won't come true. You will never be invisible. Not to me." Lewis signed to her, making eye contact.
Sienne smiled, "Thanks, Lewis," she said. She didn't feel afraid when he was there.
(you have my apologies Natasha. I have returned. XD)
Viva turned around in Ari's lap and gave her a hug. "Ari. I know you are new to the whole big sister thing, but I can promise, you won't fail Siren. You care about her so much. You won't fail her, you won't fail me. I believe in you, Ari."
Feeling a little self-conscious, Viva twirled her hair around her fingers, hoping she had helped at least a little.
