Will smiles softly. "We'll make sure to. Thank you for taking care of her…" He says quietly.
Will smiles softly. "We'll make sure to. Thank you for taking care of her…" He says quietly.
"She took care of me more… I honestly was pretty useless. Like I always am, but still…. I wish I could have kept us safer." Da'in murmured.
Nico glances at Da'in. "Now don't go around saying your useless. Vix looked up to you. You went back for her when no one else could." He says gently.
"It's…. sorry." he looked down at his feet bashfully. "I think the ship has harvested enough rift energy for us to go now." the Doctor announced. Ace looked up from her work. "Well, let's be off then. I don't think these stasis chambers plan to open any time soon." she shrugged. Oswald strode over. "Have you tried bypassing the splinter mechanism?" she asked. "It's a slightly brutish method, but it works pretty well, from past experience." Ace nodded, attempting Ozzie's suggestion. The Doctor started at the controls, then snapped his head up. "So, I'll just drop Alison and her family back, and then we'll get you to your camp. Sound alright?" he took off, the TARDIS shaking slightly as it dematerialised.
Will smiles at Da'in. "Don't apologise, my boy. It's alright." he chuckles softly. Will and Nico nod. "I suppose. Or we could all stay together, catch up. For old times sake." Will smiles a little. Nico nods, lacing Will's hand with his. "It would be nice to chat." He chuckles softly.
The Doctor's voice suddenly became harsh and cold. "No. The sooner we get you all away and safe, the better. I do hope you never see me again, I've only caused you all trouble." he snapped out tersely. Ace's TARDIS landed, and with that, he pushed Joe and Alison and their kids out. "Doctor, please just tell me we'll see each other again when this is all over." Alison asked. He sent her a mournful look, then averted his eyes. "Brave heart, Alison." he told her, parting the other's shoulder. She waved slightly, watching him step back inside the ship. He closed the doors, walking back to the console, when the room began to tremble. After a moment, it stopped, and the Doctor sprinted towards the doors. "What the hell was that?" Ace shouted to him. "Don't know. It came from outside." the Doctor replied. He opened the doors. There were just a few pieces of space rock floating nearby, in the midst of the void of space. Beyond, you could see small circles and the sun, but nothing else. "But we're in space. How did that happen? What did you do to my ship?!" Ace said. The Doctor ran back to the console and checked the scanner readings. "We haven't moved. We're fixed. It can't have- No- The TARDIS is still in the same place, but the Earth has gone. The entire planet. It's gone!" he whipped his head around to look at the others.
(Hey. How are you, Bleu? It's been a while since you last posted, are you okay?)
Yeah. I'm just taking a small break from notebook//
(Ah. I can understand that. Wanna talk about what's up?)
(Hey, Bleu? You okay though? I really do care.)
Yeah, just busy. I became a godparent, and after school I help watch the kiddo, so I rarely have time to get on notebook//
Congrats! So, continue?
Yes of course. I will reply soon, don't worry!//
(Okay. Take all the time you need.)
Thanks for understanding//
(It's no trouble.)
"What do you mean gone?" Will he growled. "What's going on?" Nico muttered softly before he shakes his head. shakes his head. "Doctor. Is there a way we can fix it?" He asks. "I'm going to go check on Vix." Will says softly.
"A planet's gone missing and you think that I could fix it? You don't really flatter your species with your intelligence, Nico. I can't do anything until I know exactly what is going on and who did this." the Doctor glared. Ace stood up and despite her smaller stature, grabbed his shoulders and shoved him to the wall. "Doctor, either make this right or so help me cosmos, you'll really not be happy with what happens next." she said.
bump
Vixianne stares in horror at the sight. Her eyes are wide. "W-wait! We can't argue or bicker! There's no point. We'll just be wasting time. Wouldn't it be better if we find out what happened then get into Petty fights?"
"I'd prefer not to waste a perfectly good opportunity to beat the shit out of this idiot, but fine." Ace muttered. "Alright, alright, I'll see what I can do. However, I require absolute silence, and Nico, stop thinking, it's bothersome to my superior brain cells." the Doctor said calmly.
Nico rolled his eyes at that comment. Will was surprisingly silent already. He stared out at the empty space. Vix held onto Nicos arm, her eyes fearful. Scared. She looked at the Doctor. "I could offer assistance." she says softly.
"You could. Of course, I wouldn't need it. Actually, I tell a lie. Strange happenings on your planet lately that I haven't been around to fix yet? Animals disappearing, strange weather, rats doing the tango on a Broadway production, something along those lines?" he asked.
Vix nods. "There have been strange weather patterns and animals disappear… Of course that could always be the gods fighting again… But." She shrugs a little. She blinks. "Wait. There was a surge of magic before you came to us. It was faint but I felt it. It was rather odd…"
"Are you sure it was magic?" the Doctor asked, "and what exactly did you feel? Describe the sensation, word for word."
