"Sounds like a plan," she said smoothly, looking out over the ocean.
“So what do you eat?” He looked down, her ha d was so close to his that in one movement he could be touching her.
"A lot of things. But I want to know about your world," she said, smiling sweetly at him.
“You can know whatever you want.” He promised.
"Do your legs ever get tired from walking around so much?"
“Only if you do it for a really long time… or you run.” He laughed, “Does your tail ever get tired?”
"Eventually, but not very often," she replied. "Okay, you next."
“A question?” He didn’t know they were taking turns. “Are there towns under there?” He looked out at the ocean curiously.
"We mostly live in cities. What about humans?"
“There’s a…” he pulled up google earth and zoomed out. He spun the Earth around. “The blue is water, the rest is where people live the land.”
Moxiey's eyes widened. "All that blue?"
“Yeah… everything that’s blue is water. The oceans, rivers, streams, lakes. All of it,”
Moxiey marveled. "I had no idea," she murmured. The world she knew was so much bigger!
“And you are here…” he zoomed in on the little pin showing their location.
She tapped the screen in wonder. Her lips formed the words before she realized what she was saying. "With you."
“Y-Yeah,” he smiled, “With me. I’ll admit your home is bigger than mine. There is more water than land,”
"But on land you have mountains!" she exclaimed. "And great forests and huge skai-skraprs!"
“But we build things and tear down forests. There’s amazing things in the ocean too,”
"How soft is a kat's fur?" she asked.
"Depends on the type of cat I guess… Some cats don't even have fur,"
(I'm spelling the words wrong on purpose, btw)
"Really? Ferles kats?"
(I figured as much)
"Yeah," he laughed. "Do you have pets?"
(;D)
"I have a dolphin."
;)
"Woah really? I expected a blue and yellow fish and you were babysat by a little Jamaican crab because your father doesn't like it when you try to see the humans,"
