Lysander took the coffee and carefully handed Laura-Beth over before getting back in his seat.

As soon as she was in her mother’s arms, Laura-Beth gripped her mama’s shirt, determined not to let go.

Tyler gently started to drive off and Betty held Laurabeth

Laura-Beth leaned against her and slowly stopped crying. ”Where did you go, mama?”

" I went to get coffee but " she said putting Laura-beth besides her " I got you a cake pop" she said holding a pink cake pop

Laura-Beth smiled a little as she took the cake pop, still holding on to her. ”Thank you, mama.” she said softly.

She smiled and kissed her head

Laura-Beth curled up against her and let her eyes close.

She smiled and pet her hair
