Tyler sighed ¨I´m fine¨ she said

Evan gave a small shrug accepting Betty's excuse for him, still being careful not to jostle her too much.

”I guess I'll just put this away.” Lysander sighed, still a little embarrassed because of Evan.

betty smiled up at evan

”I’m sorry you were attacked.” Evan said sincerely.

¨Its alright evs you saved me¨ she saod

”It was my pleasure to help you.” Evan smiled devilishly. ”After all, if we're going to be married for the treaty then it's my job to protect you. Especially from other vampires.” he informed her.

Henry turned slightly to look at his sister and the King of vampires with a faint glare. He couldn't speak against Evan but he didn't like this. ”Tyler, can I ask you something?” he whispered.

Betty smiled up at Evan

Tyler nodded

”I’m just drawing a blank on diplomacy right now but since Ly is the King’s younger brother doesn't that technically make him a prince?” Henry asked. ”And if he is then shouldn't the truce already be… finalized?”

" No " tyler said " she wants to marry him"

”Ok.” Henry sighed a little disappointed as he gave up on that idea. ”It’s because of the shared heart thing, isn't it?” he asked, fairly certain of this answer.

Evan continued to smile at Betty as he kept stroking her hair.

Betty blushed up at him

" I think she's genuinely attracted to h" she said

Henry winced a little at her words. ”She’s going to get her heartbroken.” he told her softly. Maybe with half of Betty's heart, Evan really did care about her but… ”How long do you think this will take to blow up in all our faces?” he asked not noticing the air shimmer slightly around them.

Evan chuckled at the blush and soon found himself leaning carefully over her.

Tyler shrugged

Henry sighed and nodded softly as he looked at Tyler. ”Ok.” he murmured.

Lysander had finally walked back into the room as Evan moved in closer to kiss Betty.

By the time Betty noticed it was too late

Evan was gentle as he pressed his lips against hers, his back was to the doorway so he didn't notice Lysander’s arrival.

Lysander was frozen in shock as he watched the two. He tried to convince himself that it was just Evan’s flirty behavior but he wasn't entirely sure.

Betty sighed and kissed him back

Evan smiled a little as Betty returned the kiss.

Lysander was shaking as he continued to watch for a moment before quickly heading into the backyard.

Betty pulled away and looked at him " oh my" she said before going after lysander in the Storm " Lysander?"

Lysander wasn't running so it would be easy for her to catch up to him. The rain was immediately turning into steam around him instead of hitting him.

She walked up to him " lysander?" She said in a whimper.

( When they go back in he should try talking to Evan and they're about to fight and Betty tries to stop it but lysanders already lost his cool so he accidentally hits Betty knocking her into a wall)

”What?” he asked, his voice devoid of emotion.

" you know I love you I didn't mean to I love you" she cried ' tears rolling down her cheeks

”Please don't cry.” he said gently as he turned back to face her. ”I know that Evan is a very flirtatious guy and I know how you feel about… both of us.” he sighs. ”I… I just couldn't stand watching another second of…”

" No I lysander I love you only you Evan just reminded of I time before all this madness" she cried
