Everyone was watching the clock, waiting for that final second.

Finally it happened the clock striked twelve

”Happy New Year!” everyone cheered, softly enough not to wake Laura-Beth, as Evan popped open the bottle and began pouring for everyone.

”Happy New Year, darling.” Lysander smiled at her, finally kissing her.

She brought her hand up to cup his cheek kissing him back

Tyler turned wrapping her arms around Henry and kissing him

Henry smiled, relieved by the kiss and held her close as he returned it.

She smiled nuzzling into him

Betty smiled into the kiss

Henry chuckled into the kiss and spun around, still holding her.

Lysander smiled as well, starting to pull back a little.

' She's pregnant' she mouthed to Lysander

Tyler smiled and pulled away

Lysander’s eyes widened at the news before looking at Tyler. ’Really?’ he mouthed back, looking at Betty again.

”Come on you lovebirds.” Charles smiled. ”Let’s toast this year and a new age.”

Betty nodded biting her lip grabbing his hand

A month or two passed and Betty currently was putting Laura-beth to bed

Laura-Beth yawned as she was tucked in. ”Don’t want to sleep.”

" it's time for.bed sugarcube" she said kissinng her forehead

”No. Sleep scary.” Laura-Beth said, fighting to stay awake.

" shhh darling mommy is right here" she said

Laura-Beth whimpered as her eyes closed and she started to sleep.

She smiled at her daughter and started to leave the room

Laura-Beth curled up and started shaking slightly.

She didn't notice and left the room.closing the door

Laura-Beth whimpered softly as the trembling increased.

”Sound asleep?” Lysander asked.

" I think so" she said

Lysander nodded. ”I don't know how you do it. She's been giving me more trouble when I try to put her to bed.”

" Ly we both have nightmares mine are.getting worse they're telling me to. Do things" she said

Lysander gently cupped her cheek. ”Worse how? What are the telling you?” he asked softly.
