Hazel nodded quickly, both agreeing with his statement and accepting his offer. She began to walk beside him back towards the corner where he had introduced himself.
Axel lead her towards the cart of books, grabbing a stack of novels and leaning against one of the bookcases. He pulled up a hardcover, with a darker design on the front. "I heard this one is good. One Dark Throne." He said, looking up and blowing strands of messy hair out of his face.
"Axel, hey Axel!" Sparrow came running up to them. "I need to know, where is the Throne of Glass series located? This really cute guy is looking for the complete set." Finally catching her breath, she looked smiling brightly to see him faintly blushing, showing a girl his favorite books. "Oh, Hello! I'm Sparrow, What's your name?" She asked, extending her hand in the girls direction.
Hazel felt really out of character with interacting with two new people in one day.
"H-Hazel," she replied with a stutter, taking the hand with caution.
Seeing her feeling nervous she replied "don't worry the two of us are only friends and co-workers, but we can be friends too!"
// Hey guys @Xeno is starting a new fantasy roleplay called Curse of the Tomb, and asked me to gather followers. the idea has to do with kids finding a book and doing something. it's pretty cool go join it!
Friends? Hazel felt a bit off with the sudden offer. She wasn't too used to the offer. But something inside her liked the idea of having a new friend. She really didn't have many and two people had already made it obvious to her that they would accept her as a friend. Giving a small smile, she nodded.
"I think the series you're looking for is over there by the way," she said pointing.

Looking where she pointed, Sparrow smiled "Thanks for the help unlike someone here." she waved and ran off.
Timothy sat inside of her den, hugging her knees. She had to go back into that bookstore. Her cover, though not blown, had taken a fall.
(I've decided Timothy is sort of working with the bad guys)
(If you don't know what I'm talking about, refer to the plot-line I suggested above)
(That sounds cool)
"Oh, hey, Sparrow," Axel replied, waving awkwardly as he rubbed the back of his neck in embarrassment. He hoped that he didn't look flustered. Talking to girl's was not one of his skills.
(AHH! @NessieTheMonster said my plot-line was cool)
(faints)
( Lmao.)
(Your ideas are always awesome.)
(blushes furiously)
(nononononono you should stop complimenting me it doesn't end well)
( Okay then, but seriously, you're an amazing writer )
(And so are you!)
( Why thank you. bows dramatically.)
(You both are amazing!)
(And you are too!)
(Everyone here is amazing tbh.)
"Did you find any good novels?" Axel asked, glancing up at Hazel, but quickly looking down, feeling a faint blush spread across his cheeks.
Hazel was reading the inside cover of a book titled The Sun Is Also A Star by Nicola Yoon.
"This one looks good so far. It's a gateway nominee as well," she said as she closed it, setting it beside her. Usually before leaving, she checked out at least three. In her small pile was also Renegades by Marissa Meyer, and Egg and Spoon by Gregory Maguire.
(I'm just using books on my reading list and others that I've read, lol)
Axel leaned over towards Hazel, studying the cover. It was colorful, with hues of pink, orange, and purple, almost appearing like string. "What's it about?" He asked curiously, looking back up towards Hazel.
(Lmao. Same)
Adelaide walks over to the counter.
