Her earpiece buzzed. 'Got anything?'
Timothy didn't reply. This was a public setting, not a dark alleyway with no one in sight.
Sparrow watched the whole exchange. “So looks like somebody got hit with Cupid’s arrow!”she smirked “where are you taking her? What are you going to give her?”
"Uh, well, I'm taking her to a cafe down the street," Axel answered, blushing furiously as he looked down. "W-what should I bring her?"
“Hm there’s this amazing notebook and pen set, or you could give her this!” She pulls out a copy of Hazels favourite book: Rhapsody by David P Jacobs signed by the author. It was supposed to be a gift for your birthday but I’m guessing that this is more important than that.” She smiles at him and gave him a hug “let me know when y’all get married, I call dibs on being your first child’s godmother!” She smirked.
(oh my lord I nearly died when reading this)
(For her favorite out of ones I've read, I would use Rhapsody by David P Jacobs. He's not a well know author yet, but the book is soooo good!)
(To the top!)

"W-we're not getting married," Axel stammered, already blushing as Sparrow hugged him. "She's just a crush. But, thanks for the book." He added, hoping that Hazel would like it. I mean, who wouldn't want a signed copy of their favorite novel?
“Yeah yeah, just keep her happy! She likes you. A lot.” Sparrow looked at him seriously, which was pretty rare because ahe liked joking around.
Hazel picked up her decently sized stack of books and carried them towards the check-out counter. Her cheeks were tinted pink when thinking of what tomorrow would bring.
Sparrow walked around the store waiting for a new customer
(I think this died)
