"I think that one is." He said. "We can all go in by the way, the laws on age restrictions here are minimal." He escorted them all in.

You will die. Maroon nodded his head to the beat. His mother's words were probably true. He could see it when he reviewed his inner workings. The blood was leaving faster and coming back slower, he really didn't have that long. At the most, one year, at the least, one week.
Robin felt very out of place in the bar. When the others ordered their drinks, he just awkwardly asked for a glass of water. The bartender arched an eyebrow, confused, but brought him water.
Lucy sighed with relief at that, and once inside, ordered a small glass of straight bourbon. She took a slow slip and muttered to herself, “Hm, not that bad…”
Maroon sighed, "What's the strongest thing you have?" maybe he could drink his pain away.
"Gimme a straight vodka." Bennett says, slapping a roll of bills on the table for their drinks. He takes his glass and edits in the booth.
Robin sipped his water, Orchid sitting on his shoulder. Surprisingly, no one in the bar had tried to stop her from entering. He had never had alcohol before, but he figured he probably wouldn't like it anyways
Maroon grabbed the clear drink and then studied it. If he downed it now, his chance of life would go down by a day in 27 other realities. In this one, he wasn't so sure.
Lucy tipped her drink back, swallowing the bourbon quickly. She cleared her throat softly and set the now empty glass back down on the table top.
Bennett called for a refill.
"So how is everyone, we all set?"
"Er, the water is good." Robin said awkwardly. The place smelled very strongly of alcohol, but that was obviously to be expected. A drunk guy smashed his beer bottle on the bar and Robin jumped, startled by the loud sound
“Yeah, thanks,” Lucy said. She looked in the direction of where the bottle had been smashed, then to Robin. “You good?” She asked, chuckling softly.
Maroon decided that he would drink the alcohol, maybe he would die right there and Evan would miraculously be saved. "I'm great."
He nodded. "I feel like any of these people could just attack me at any moment… They're all drunk, who knows what they might do?" He sipped the water again
"Relax, kiddo, you've got a god and a witch on your side." Bennett said, proudly.
Maroon raised his hand, "Don't forget the mad scientist with a weird blood condition."
Lucy scoffed a tad at that. “You think we would let some drunk idiot hurt you? That’s rediculous.” She picked up her newly filled glass, taking a drink.
"Ridiculous." Maroon bobbed his head, echoing Lucy's words.
"Got it, we have a lot of firepower." The bartender filled up his glass. "Thank you." He took a sip and almost spit it out. "Er, I think there's something bad in this water…" The bartender had accidentally refilled his glass with vodka.
Lucy raised her eyebrows and picked up the glass. “Hm, seems like it. Have you ever had alcohol before?”
Robin shook his head, trying his best to swallow his mouthful. "How do people like this stuff?" He stared at the tainted water, feeling betrayed
Lucy laughed softly and shrugged. “Most just like that it takes the edge off of stress and such.” She set the glass of vodka back down on the table and picked up her own glass, taking another sip.
"But why would the bartender want to give me vodka? I'm clearly underage. By a lot. You have to be 21 or something, right?"
Maroon stared at his own drink. If it was strong, why wasn't it working on him? He sighed, I should've know, alcohol stopped working on me two years ago.
“Who knows,” Lucy said, “It’s probably a different age here. I’m underage too, but who cares, right?” She shifted her gaze to Maroon and arched a brow. “Do you not like it or something?”
