Asher laughed, looking down at her. "Oh? I won't?" He asked, smirking lightly as he tickled her again, fingers dancing lightly across her back.
Asher laughed, looking down at her. "Oh? I won't?" He asked, smirking lightly as he tickled her again, fingers dancing lightly across her back.
Arabella gasped, giggling wildly at his tickles. “Asher noooo!” She complained loudly, trying to escape from his arms so she wouldn’t be tickled.
He laughed softly, holding her captive as he tickled her again, smiling. "Arabella, whatever's wrong?" He asked teasingly, smiling.
She gasped, squirming and wriggling. “Asher!” She managed between giggles, burying her face in his neck and grinning from ear to ear as she grabbed his wrists. “You’re tickling me!”
He laughed again. "Who, me?" He asked teasingly, tickling her again. "Hey, let go of my hands!" He exclaimed, chuckling and smiling.
She squealed, biting her lip and trying not to laugh. “I’m not letting go until you stop tickling me.” She sat back up and looked him right in the eye, amused as she put on a fake pout. “You tease me too much.”
He sighed, dropping his hands. "Fiiiine." He raised an eyebrow. "What, would you prefer me to be perfectly serious? Like this?" He dropped the smile from his face and adopted a completely neutral expression. After a few moments, his lips twitched and he pressed them together to try and hide his smile. He failed.
Arabella giggled softly, ducking her head to hide her amusement. He was so cute. “No don’t be completely serious either. Be Asher.” She rested her head against his chest and twisted so she was looking up at him cutely, her hands still holding his wrists. “I like Asher. He’s fun and kind and rather handsome.”
Asher chuckled. "What? Only rather handsome? Not drop dead gorgeous?" He teased, smiling. He leaned down and kissed her forehead lightly.
She laughed and gently slid her hands into his. “You’re sooo humble.” She teased with a roll of her eyes, tilting her head up to catch his lips in a gentle kiss. “That’s a thank you.”
He chuckled, then his eyes widened slightly at the kiss. He looked at her in surprise. "Oh. You're welcome?" He said with a small smile. He really wasn't sure how to respond to that.
She laughed softly and patted his cheek. “Don’t look so surprised, Asher. I’ve kissed you before.” She hummed. “And each time there was meaning behind them. I don’t give away my kisses for free.” She winked and laughed gently, snuggling back up into his chest.
He chuckled, and nodded. "Alright." He replied, holding her again. He had his arms around her, and he closed his eyes, resting his chin on her head lightly.
(Hey, im going to head to bed, I'll answer tomorrow at some point)
Arabella smiled happily, leaning into his touch. He was so gentle and soft towards her, so loving and caring and kind. She wanted nothing more in the entire world than to make him her’s. Not through marriage and not through laws and such, but through the two of them sharing a mutual love for each other.
(Ok goodnight!! Have a good sleep)
Asher hummed softly, remaining still for a bit, then he sighed. "You know, this is my work, and i should probably get some actual work done." He said finally, opening his eyes and looking down at her.
Arabella sighed dramatically, shaking her head as she released him. “Nah. Work is overrated.” She joked, leaning up to kiss his cheek. “Go ahead and start working on it. Would you like me to move?”
He chuckled, scooting the chair forward so he could reach the computer. "You can stay there if you want." He replied as he signed into his email.
“Alright then I’m staying here. Where I can slowly plot my revenge for those tickles.” She grinned mischievously and cuddled up into him with a laugh.
He laughed softly. "Alright." He continued replying to emails, careful not to accidentally elbow her in the face or something. He hummed softly as he worked.
Arabella buried her face in his sleeve, breathing in his scent once more as he worked. She smiled, rubbing small circles into his back as he worked.
He shifted slightly as she rubbed his back, though he didn't otherwise react. He kept humming, replying to emails and working on other things.
It wasn’t long before the female was distracting herself with his shirt, running her fingers over the folds and stitchings, playing with the buttons she found and laughing softly. “What emails are you answering?”
He did his best not to be distracted by her hands. "Uhm. Just answering questions, fielding interviews with the company for prospective employees, stuff like that." He replied.
She nodded gently, running her fingers along his collar and smiling up at him. “I like this shirt.” She murmured. “It looks good on you. But of course you don’t have to wear it everyday. It’s a work shirt.” She giggled.
He chuckled. "Mm." He kissed her cheek softly, still typing on his emails. "I don't want to wear it everyday." He replied.
