“Yup! Doesn’t it seem like one? We suddenly meet all these other hybrids even though we haven’t seen any others for, like, fifteen years or something?” Tao shrugged.

"I guess," Kelton shrugged. He would have said Tao was the love interest but kept quiet about it.

Jordan hiss, ducking his head under the water slightly. The top half of his head was still visible. His snake body swirls majestically in the slight current of the pond.

"can i get in?" he asks "im a bit bored and dont want to my wings to be cramped inside"

"That's great," Tao frowned. He leaned on Kelton again, "So, Sir Kelpton, we are unsure of what to do which isn't good."

"Huh?" Jordan lifts his head up but backs away from the shore, swimming out a little ways into the deeper side of the pond

"You had to leave your own brother behind? Also, YOU'RE ALL HYBRIDS???" Layla had been thinking this whole time. And yet with all that thinking she still hadn't put it together yet that she was a hybrid too. There was too much going on already in her brain to even consider such an idea.

Kelton blushed slightly again when Tao leaned on him, "Wait….I still need to find a nickname for you." He said, suddenly remembering.
