"Uh-huh.." Marcus looks down at the water. "Wouldn't that mean these creatures aren't safe to eat?" He asks.

"no, their safe for hybrids"

Alena pounces, jumping and catching a fish between her claws

Marcus nodded, forgetting that Avery probably couldn't see him from there. He put his hand into the water and moved it around, watching a few tiny fish scatter away.

Alena comes back out of the water, shaking off. "Bleh! Water…!"

Avery eats some more of the deer meat and coughs when he crunches on a bone "Crap, forgt deers have bones" he muttered clearing his throught

Marcus smirks at Alena, then uses the water to catch a fish of his own.

Alena shakes herself off, turning to Marcus at seeing his power. "I swear to god…"

Marcus covers his mouth with his other hand to quiet a giggle, and he shrugs. "Perks of being a water nymph." He says. He then looks at the fish he caught and cringes when he notices that it's got a few extra eyes. "Ah..ew."

"just don't splash me…" She mumbles.

Marcus put one hand up, placing the fish back into the water. "I Wouldn't dare. Only person I ever do that to is Neil." He looks into the pond again, hoping for a fish that wasn't mutated.

Alena smirks at him.

Marcus glances up, raising a brow at Alena. "What?" He says, looking back at the water.

"If any of the fishh have extra eyes, dont worry bout it! its still safe!"

Jordan's stomach rumbles slightly at the sound of everyone but he didnt look. To be completely honest. He hadn't eaten in two weeks

Alena smiles. "Idk.."

(oof, if I had used Neil instead of Marcus that probably would've worked…though, Neil's sexuality is…up for debate.)

Marcus spots a slightly glowing fish nearby, and was about to catch it when his phone rings. He sighs and stands up, saying, "One second, please." He goes over to a tree and answers the call, immediately getting bombarded with questions from his sick friend.

Jordan can't take it and slithers quietly from the cave and sliding into the pond. He could hold his breath for at least five mins.

Alena watches Jordan with worry.

Tao sighed and whispered to Kelton, "What should we do…? They probably won't be safe in the city after the fiasco that happened."

"I could let them live with me???? I don't know." Kelton whispered back.
