Lukas glanced over at Luca and Xiang by the door. "You can't open the door? Why can't you open the door? Is it locked? Are we trapped?" His whole body was shaking.
Lukas glanced over at Luca and Xiang by the door. "You can't open the door? Why can't you open the door? Is it locked? Are we trapped?" His whole body was shaking.
Icarus pushed himself up, back onto his feet. "Please tell me you're joking around Xiang." He said nervously. He coughed, surprised, and had to bend forward as blood began to drip from his nose. He pinched the bridge of his nose, trying to slow the flow of blood. "Does anyone have an extra cloth maybe…?"
Xiang tugs on the door again, "It's stuck… Give me a second…" he hisses through his teeth. It was different this time. He gulps, hissing as he tugs at the door again. "I can't get it…" He mutters, turning around and rummaging through his bag. His heart thudding loudly.
Flair's eyes go unnaturally bloodshot, almost to the point they look black in the darkness. The veins on one side of her face had turned a sickly blackish color. Her breathing was hitching and wheezing as she stares
Lukas ran his fingers through his hair, leaning his back against the wall. "Great. This is just great. I knew I shouldn't have come in here. I have a guitar gig tomorrow, but I can't be there if I'm starving and dying in a haunted mansion." He mumbled to himself, pulling up his hood.
(Hey, y'all, pretend I've been here the whole time, would you?)
Isaiah's eyes are wide. Flaire's scream, that wasn't a joke. At Icarus' questions he reaches into his book bag and pulls out an unopened mini kleenex pack. "This is all I got, sorry." With a shaking hand he holds it out to Icarus.
"This is getting ridiculous, everybody move," Luca said, pushing forward through everybody. He stopped at the door and looked at Xiang. "I'm going to try to kick it down," he said.
"It's better than nothing, thank you," Icarus mumbled through his hand as he took the kleenex pack from Isaiah. He shuddered from Flair's scream and hoped his nose would stop bleeding soon.
Isaiah nods. "Anybody bring their phone?" Why do the words somehow feel wrong?
"I forgot mine." Odd. That hasn't happened in a while.
Lukas showed Isaiah his phone, which was still emitting a bright light. His whole body was still shaking, and he was in some state of shock and fright. This is it. This is how I die. I'll get attacked by some ghost or something. I'll starve or….or get hypothermia. There isn't a heating or cooling system in here…
"I'll try calling someone." Xiang says, pulling his out. His hands were shaking. His ears were picking up faint noises. He gulps, his eyes going wide, "No signal…" he pauses, hearing a scream that was almost instantly cut out. "Flair?" He calls, gulping as he turns the light towards the others, "Did anyone see where Flair went? He asks, unable to get a signal.
Flair drops to her knees, staring then her eyes tear up as she starts crying uncontrollably for some reason. She doubles over, holding her right arm and screams insanely her eyes blurring over slightly. The veins visible on her wrists where dark black
Lukas shook his head. "I have no idea where she went." He crossed his arms to try to stop his body from shaking. "I knew I shouldn't have come in here…" He sighed, observing the walls and wondering if any of the windows would open.
"Everybody calm down," Luca said, giving up on trying to kick the door down. He scanned the room. "Let's all look for windows. Maybe if we break one we can get out of here."
( WHY DO I ALWAYS MISS ALL THE ACTION?!?)
(Maybe you were already in the house?)
"Do you have a signal?" Isaiah asks Icarus. He's about to ask him if he's alright when he's cut off by another scream; Flair. "No." he says in quiet response to Xiang's question.
( I dont know how I should add Zoe in….)
(You could just hop in, and 'hey, you've been there the whole time.' That's basically what I did.)
Icarus pulled his phone out with his clean hand and checked the screen.
"It's flickering between no signal and one bar. You can try using it, I don't have a passcode."
He explained and handed his phone to Isaiah. He attempted to pull away from the kleenex, but blood continued to drip from his nose. He sighed and shakily sat down on the floor, cross-legged.
"I hope Flair is just frightened and that's why she's screaming. She can't possibly be hurt, I mean, she's Flair."
Isaiah nods and opens Phone. "Is this 911 or should I call someone we know to just come and get us out?"
(If there is a signal, Isaiah, if there is a signal. evil grin)
(alright then.)
Zoe silently stood there whole the group was trying to figure out what to do. She rocked back and forh waiting. Hold on theres something under here. She figured. She bent down and started trying to pry the floorboards.
(I missed a lot, so I'm just gonna say Hase went to the house before them)
"Oh, finally, you guys are here," Hase said, balancing on a banister. "Don't tell me it was one of you that screamed. This place isn't that bad." He was wearing jeans and a t-shirt for some band he didn't even listen to. He hopped down and stood in front of them, a mischievous grin on his face.
Isaiah hands Icarus his phone back. "It isn't sending any calls through." He looks up at the new voice and sees Hase at the stairs.
