(Yeah lets go!)
Alrighty))
The plan was simple. It was fool proof. Xiang was highly excited. He had heard the legends of the terrifying 'haunted' mansion, a place where people had entered but had never escaped alive. He had explained to his friends what was going on, and was curious is each of them wanted to come and check the place out. Summer break was just starting up for the group, so it was fairly simple. Parents were told it was a five day camping trip. Xiang had never really lied to his father, but he was so curious about this place he couldn't resist.
( ok so what's the plot if any? Really quick. Sorry)
(There is a legend of an old mansion, deep with the forests of England. 10 Teenagers agree go together to see if the legends are true. What are the legends, you may ask? A spirit haunts the home, large and powerful. Any who had entered the house never came back out. And one, one holds the other sevens lives in their hands. one bad move, and all of them are dead. The doors will open after four days.
The 10 teenagers get trapped inside the mansion, being hunted by the spirit for four days. They have to survive that long.)

(Ok but… All of you guys are humans… Mine is a crank [technically])
(You can get infected by the spirit. It has different ways of killing. So maybe she starts out human, get hit by the spirit and becomes infected)
(gtg night!)
(sounds cool! I'm going to put a starter in here)
Luca adjusted his tie, looking into his own blue eyes through the reflection. He was tense, and slightly more pale than normal. "It's just a stupid legend," he reminded himself, though he didn't entirely believe it. He wasn't a hardcore believer of the supernatural or anything like that, but he wasn't ready to rule out the fact that there might be spirits wandering around Earth. Luca took a shaky breath and put his hair up in a tight ponytail, then pulled his phone out of his pocket. He texted Xiang.
To Xiang: Where are we all meeting, and when?
Flair whoops as she ran from a (Different) abandoned house. Her friend (Not any of you guys dont worry)was beside her, looking just positively terrified. They stop at a street corner. Her friend doubles over panting, still looking panic stricken, "Never. Never ever am I doing that again…"
Flair laughs, clapping him on the back, "You'll regret saying that later." They share a laugh, plan out another urban exploration meeting then go in different directions.
Flair walked home, huffing slightly, feeling overly exited about tonight
Xiang heard his phone ding and looks down as he finished packing a few things in his backpack. A simple hiking backpack with medical supplies, food, water and some extra clothes. He hums, nodding to himself as he grabs a few more things before replying, To Luca: We'll be meeting at the hiking trail at 4 pm. He answers. Xiang had always been curious with the supernatural. It intrigued him to no end. It's how he had found the legends after all. He hums in thought, looking around his room. It was tidy, clean and kept to the basics. He then looked at himself. Neck length brown hair, dark brown eyes, pale skin, a skinny build. He had his watch with him, and he had a simple black t-shirt and ripped jeans on. He walks down the stairs, humming in thought. "Be safe." Where his fathers departing words. He makes it to the hiking trail around 3:45, leaning against the tree to wait for the others.
(I'm just gonna hop in here and now I gtg take a test)
Icarus grumbled under his breath as he checked his phone. He begrudgingly gathered up some easy survival materials into a light backpack before heading out. He didn't want to do this, even if it was with a small group of people, he just had a bad feeling about the whole thing. Supernatural events? A haunted house? All the variables of life and death he couldn't think of to prepare for? He took a deep breath to attempt to calm himself before he stepped out of the safety of his house and out to the woods. He wandered around until he stumbled upon the trail, and a person leaning against a tree. Icarus soon recognized the person as Xiang.
"Hi… Still waiting for Luca?" He questioned, curious and dreadful.
Lukas pulled on a dark green hoodie, figuring that it would be best to wear dark colors. "Why am I even doing this?" He mumbled to himself as he tugged on the strings of his hoodie. Haunted mansions and all this 'supernatural' crap wasn't his forte. If he was being one hundred percent honest with himself, Lukas was terrified of things like this. The strange thing was, he didn't believe in any of it. Ghosts, zombies, elves, fairies, they don't make sense. Therefore, they can't exist. Then why am I going? He questioned, combing down his messy brown hair. Is because these are my friends? Speaking of which, why am I even friends with these people?
Luca decided not to bring anything with other than his phone. He wouldn't be in that house for long anyway. He hopped in his car, driving it as close to the hiking trail as he could before parking it. After he got out and did a few minutes of walking, he found Icarus and Xiang. He gave a smile wave, smiling politely at them.
Flair sprinted toward the house. She was beaming. This was defiantly going to be fun. She would be in her element here.
Xiang waves happily, "Hey guys! You ready? It's about an hours hike up to the house, from what the legends say." He was extremely cheerful, little did he know that wasn't going to last for long. He hums in thought as he grabs the heavy book from his backpack and skims over the page on the house. "Shall we get going?" He asks, smiling up at the others as he places his book back in his bag. Phone, fully charged and operational. Food and water, check. Medical supplies? Check. He nods, humming under his breath as he looks at his friends.
"Hella yes!" Flair blurts, her eyes shinning, My go time. She weaves through the trail first, leaving it once in a while by accident, leaving the rest in the dust.
"C'mon! If this house is haunted you can count on the forest being so as well!" She calls over her shoulder at the group, "You guys are so slow and I dont know half of you… C'mon!"
Icarus waved back shyly, "Hey Luca. I guess we should get hiking then." Icarus shifted his weight nervously. He readjusted his backpack as it was catching on one of his wings. Somewhere deep in his subconscious he knew, he wasn't ever coming back from this trip.
Lukas sighed, checking his phone battery. "I probably should have come more prepared…but I suppose I'm ready." He shoved his phone back in the pocket of his pale blue jeans. Seeing the amount of supplies Xiang had brought made him feel uncomfortable. Would they really need a first aid kit? Would anyone get hurt? Why didn't he think of bringing anything else? Lukas hadn't even brought a water bottle.
Xiang chuckles and starts after her, drawing the book out again, "It says here that the spirits are released through the opening of the mansions door. How interesting. Along with a powerful seal to keep the most dangerous inside. Fascinating." he says, closing the book. He hums, walking the trail and taking in the sights. Everything seemed right with the world, but he knew in his gut that wasn't true. He gives a guilty glance at the forest beside him. He had already walked this trail many times, and with each time, guilt laid heavily on him No. Do not think of that he thinks to himself. We'll get out alive… All of us.
Luca beamed at him. "Yeah. I want to get home before it gets dark," he said, walking up beside Icarus. He adjusted his tie and looked around. He felt somewhat uncomfortable out here. It wasn't like his house, where everything was neat and tidy and clean and predictable. Anything could happen out here. It was all messy and different.
Flair was climbing a small incline when she can hear Xiang's muttering and she scoffs, "It doesnt work like that buddy."
Personally she would describe herself as a supernatural expert but others would just call her a freak and tease her saying that she must be the spawn of the devil to know all that stuff so accurately and what not. She was sure that these people would say the same.
Lukas shivered. "That's bullsh**. Spirits aren't real." He muttered, mostly to keep himself from freaking out. "Even if they were real, there's probably a reason why there's a seal to keep the powerful spirits inside." He fidgeted with the ends of his sleeve nervously. Everyone here seemed pretty okay with the fact that they were going into a haunted mansion. Why was he friends with these people?
Luca glanced over at Lukas. "I agree with nervous nelly over here," he said. "Sprits aren't real. I'm sure this will be fun, though."
Xiang hums, "I guess you could be right. After all, you're exploring hauntings all the time." he chuckles a bit as he places the book back in the bag. He was so nervous, his heart hurt in his chest. Flashes of terrible, terrible memories came back to him and he sighs softly, giving all his friends quick looks before walking up the trail. About an hour later, the looming house came into view. It looked shabby, but in good shape. He walks to the porch, resting a hand on the walls of the home. He was so nervous. We'll get out this time.
Icarus hiked closer to the back of the group, lost in his thoughts. His unease grew with each step he took closer to the destination. You can just say no He told himself. Say no, turn around. Go home and sleep in your own bed. They'll understand. Yet he didn't turn around, just slowed down until he stopped in the middle of the trail. Just say no.
