" i love being out here because i usualy take naps outside.."

"Do you?" Eve asked, tilting her head. "Where?"

" usually by the training grounds. saul always made sure no one woke me up"

Eve chuckled. "Everyone thinks he's so aggressive and cold, but he's really a sweetheart when you get to know him. My mom obviously saw it in him, and look where they are now."

" 20 years in a marriage and he still waits at the door for her."

Eve smiled. "Of course he does. They're still so in love. I want that. Preferably with you." She lifted her lips to kiss Anya's ear.

" me to eve," she said and smiled at the kiss. anya hadn't noticed it at first but farah had finally come out of her room. "?"

Eve's eyes widened seeing her mother. "Mom, what are you doing here?" she asked.

"I'm sorry to disturb you from a lovely time," Farah began, "but I have good news. I think I've finally been able to understand the last spell necessary to remove the grip Rosalind has on Anya."

"really!" anya seemed excited now, looking up from her snuggle with eve.

"Yes," Farah replied with a small smile. "It's very complicated, but I think I can manage it."

Eve's heart began to race. "You're sure?"

"Positive."

anya shakily stood, unsure of what to do now

"Come back to the school," Farah instructed in her "Ms. Dowling" voice. "We can perform the counter-charm in my office."

" alright.." she said an held her bandaged arm out for eve.

Eve stood up and slipped her hand in Anya's to interlace their fingers. "Let's go," she declared, excitement flaring in her. Finally. A step back towards normal.

anya dang near ran into the building except for her shivering causing her to stumble

Eve laughed and chased after her. "Slow down!" she called. "Anya!"

" its sad your specialist is faster then you."

Eve arched her eyebrows. "You're not. I'm just sticking close to the headmistress."

" come on! " she said. anya was clearly excited

Eve laughed again. "We can't do it without her. Slow down."

" aweee…" she slowed down, bouncing a bit as she shivered

Eve took a few steps closer and slipped her hand into Anya's. "Give her time," Eve murmured. "She's still healing."

anya smiled, and maybe from a view, they looked like younger versions of some people. anya nodded

Eve slipped her arms around Anya's waist to hug her close. "I love you," she whispered. "You'll be better soon. I promise."

" i love you too." she said and put her forehead on eves
