“Search. We find Deviants in hiding and bring them here. Help them as much as we can before finding the best warehouse to raid.”
“Search. We find Deviants in hiding and bring them here. Help them as much as we can before finding the best warehouse to raid.”
Devan looked around at the Deviants around him. "Most everyone here is injured, either mentally or physically. There are only a few of us that are sane, so don't be disappointed if we come back empty handed."
“I know… I understand.” She wiped soot off her brow.
"We should bring that new Deviant along. She seems trustworthy. If she's not…well we'll cross that bridge when we get there."
Elide nodded, “I don’t think she trusts me though.”
"She has no right to. You're talking to her anyway." Devan commanded. "I tend to scare people, and we don't need that right now."
"Wait," Nyx put a hand on the girl's shoulder, "Do you have a place to stay?"
"No.." Audrey replied shyly, "I was no longer of use, so I got kicked out." She looked down in shame.
(I gtg to bed. See y'all tomorrow)
Elide rolled her eyes, “Fine and you don’t scare everyone others I wouldn’t be here.”
(See ya then!)
Nxy resisted the urge to groan audibly, Why just why can't humans show some god damn compassion, she took a deep breath be a the type of person you want to meet She looked over a Kelly whose LED was yellow and back to the girl, "Would you like to come stay with us?"
"If it comes down to it, we will both talk to her." He paused, looking around Jericho once more. "Where did she go?"
(Just a heads up, I might be off for most of the day because I'm traveling.)
Elide shrugged, “Dunno, probably to find some clothes.”
"It'll just be the three of us. That way we'll lower than death count." Devan searched his memory. "The CyberLyfe warehouse is heavily guarded, but we should be able to sneak in through the back."
“I remember a broken window, on the second floor. There’s only one guard there so that should be an easy entry and exit. Although the ladder to get there is pretty damaged.”
Devan nodded. "One of us can sneak into the main surveillance room and turn off the control panel. That should shut off the cameras and drones in the area. From there, we can steal blue blood and spare parts. We'll have to bring a bag to store everything."
“I’m not strong enough to carry the spare parts so you’re gonna have to do that with the new Deviant. I can get to the control room and turn the cameras off so know one knows we’re there.”
"Alright then. That's our plan." Devan grabbed a large blue duffel bag from the floor. It was dirty and very worn out, but it would do.
KT finished examining Jericho. She still didn't trust the human and android, but this place seemed secure enough. She glanced down at her clothes, a tank top and jeans. She had taken them off of a dead android. They were grimy, but they'd do.
“Come on, let’s get this over with.” Elide mumbled and placed her tools on the table.
Devan hoised the bag over his shoulder and double checked to make sure his outfit and appearance didn't give away the fact that he was an Android. He hadn't checked to see if the new Deviant had a LED, and if she did he would have to make her take it off.
“Hey! Umm… I don’t know your name…” Elide called out to the Deviant.
KT scowled a bit as the human addressed her. "I have a number designation. That's not a name."
“Well, what’s your number?” Elide was getting slightly frustrated with her.
"KT-56." She stated.
“Alright, KT. I’m Elide and that’s Devan. We need your help for a mission, are you willing to help us?” She bit her lip, waiting for the reply.
