Tanrial was on guard most of the night and into the early morning. She only chanced sleep a couple times, fearing that Blue Tommy would take her things, or anyone would for that matter. Needless to say, she wasn't in the best of moods by morning.

The sunrise was announced by a bandit climbing up into a tree at the edge of camp and scaring up a flock of crows roosting there, perhaps to steal some eggs for breakfast. The crows did not take kindly to this and loudly attacked the bandit, mobbing him with such determination and teamwork that in a few moments he lost his balance and feel from the tree with a wail.
The commotion woke the whole camp, and scrawny men and women began reluctantly emerging from their shelters, yawning and grumbling. Those that had been awake all night now filed off to sleep, except for Blue Tommy, who seemed to be perfectly alert in a weird sort of way.
Eventually Boar-back emerged from the largest tent and made his way at a leisurely pace over to the fallen bandit, casually swatting away a couple crows that tried to harass him. Picking the unfortunate man up by his collar and growling at him until he got his feet under him, the chief pointed towards Tanrial's shed and said something, then left.
Sniffling, the bandit trudged over, cradling his arm, which looked badly broken. Blue Tommy slowly moved out of the way, grinning as if the sight of the injury was funny to him.
"H-hey," the injured bandit quavered, gingerly kneeling down at the entrance. "Magic lady…..are you awake in there? I b-broke my arm….."

Tanrial has been attempting to jungle three of her potions only to jump at the new voice. Luckily, she used her magic to form a small bet to catch them before they broke. Turning to the bandit with a slight glare, she sighed, the glare disappearing when she noticed his arm, “How’d you do that?” She asked, motioning him over.

(Nice XD Honestly, almost anything is better when it's live, I think ^^)
He scootched inside, awkwardly trying not to bump his arm on anything. It was a bad break and he was obviously trying not to cry from the pain. "I w-was really hungry and I thought maybe those birds wouldn't miss a coupla eggs, s-so I climbed up in th' tree but they all attacked me and-and I fell out."

@ElderGod-Carrots

(True. But I hate it when we’re six goals up at the end of the 3rd quarter then only two at the end of the 4th as our defence becomes sloppy and we go to sleep… we one tho so that’s good)
She hummed her acknowledgment, ruffling through her bag and pulling out a container of salve that had nearly run out and a black potion, “Right. Okay, first of all I need you to take some of this, it’ll numb your arm a bit and lessen the pain. Though it does taste bad I have to warn you.”

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

(lol big mood XD)
The bandit accepted her offering and took a drink without hesitation, only to screw up his face a second later and almost spit it back out. His arm must have been really hurting, though, because he forced himself to swallow and held up the potion questioningly. "Is that enough? S-should I take more?"

@ElderGod-Carrots

“Hm… that should be enough,” She replied, taking the bottle back and putting it down, “Give it a minute and it’ll start to kick in, I’ll get to work when it does,” Sighing she twisted the lid on the salve absentmindedly, “What’s your name?”

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

"Yeh, you too." The bandit seemed to be in much higher spirits now that the pain was gone, and became quite chatty. "I mean, it's more cool that I'm meeting you 'cause I'm not very important, I'm just a Dreg, see, so I'm not good for much–but I'm here in one of the king-tribes, so tthat's means I'm real lucky. You are too, ya know. Bein' part of a king-tribe means you're safer 'cause the tribes more powerful. I used to be part of a teeny little band but then Boar-back killed our boss and told us to join up so we did an' now here we are." He grinned proudly. "Pretty great, huh?"

@ElderGod-Carrots

Tanrial shrugged, “Yeah I guess so. If I’m being honest I wanna get outta here as soon as I can. Things to do, people to see and all that jazz.”

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

He tilted his head, his smile fading. "Oh….well, I guess if you're new here than that makes sense. But you can't leave, you're our medic now! If you hadn't been there to fix my arm, it could've got infected an' I'd have to cut it off or somethin'!"

@ElderGod-Carrots

She narrowed her eyes at him, “One, your arm isn’t fixed yet, I just took away the pain, the break is still there. Two, I have important things my friends and I need to complete and three, you can find another medic.”

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

"But–but–" Ango glanced in dismay at his still-floppy arm. "But medics are really really rare 'round here! Besides…" He lowered his voice in a confidential manner. "I don't think the chief will let you leave, anyway."
He was going to say more when Blue Tommy suddenly loomed in the doorway, fixing Ango with the evil eye. He tapped his wrist, like he was tapping a watch.
Ango blanched. "Um–right. Anyway, uh, c-could you please fix my arm now?"

@ElderGod-Carrots

"Yeah, hold still." Gently taking Ango's arm, Tanrial let her magic feel out the break. Once she had a good idea of it, she pushed the bones back into place, using the small bit of healing magic she knew to seal the bones together. It took a lot of concentration, but soon enough, she was satisfied and putting some of the salve on his arm, "The salve will stop the ache you'll feel for the rest of the day."

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

Ango stared at his healed arm in perfect wonderment, then very carefully wiggled his fingers to test them out. "Wow….it's all better. It's not even stiff." He looked up at Tanrial, seemingly overwhelmed with awe and gratitude. "Thank-you! I've….I've never seen anything like it before….you're the best medic in the world!" He leaped to his feet and banged his head on the low roof, but didn't seem to mind. "I'm gonna go tell the whole tribe how amazing you are! Maybe the chief will give you a reward or somethin'!"

@ElderGod-Carrots

"You really don't have to do that," She rubbed at the back of her neck, "Just.. don't go telling people and then them hurting them self just to see me. Magic is draining, and I don't know how many people I'll be able to heal to the extent I did for you."

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

Ango backed out of the shed, grinning brightly. "Oh don't worry! Chief gets really mad when somebody hurts themselves for no good reason." He almost tripped over Blue Tommy, but righted himself and turned to trot away. "Goodbye! Thank-you!"

@ElderGod-Carrots

"No problem. Have a nice day!" Tanrial waved a little as he left, then once he was out of sight, slumped a little and released a long breath.

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

It was quite a while before anyone came around again, and that was to bring Tanrial some food. Well, to call it 'food' was being a bit generous–even 'edible' was a stretch. The small pail of soup they gave her was a worrisome combination of badly-cooked meat, chunks of some sort of root, and a very watery broth that was probably leftover from another meal entirely. Apparently this tribe had not managed to kidnap anyone with culinary skills yet.

@ElderGod-Carrots

Tanrial didn't even touch her food, she pushed it away and tried to stand, her head scraping across the top of the roof. She poked her head out at the entrance then looked to Blue Tommy, "Hey uh, can I just stretch me legs for like.. five minutes? It's too cramped in here."
(School's back again tomorrow, I'll try and be on as much as I can but won't be on much in the evening like I have been dies)

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

(No worries! Good luck with school! :'D )
Blue Tommy stared at her with ultimate distrust, then reluctantly held up one finger to tell her to wait. Turning, he whistled sharply at a passing bandit, then waved for them to come over.
"What?" The bandit grumbled, flipping his dreadlocked hair over his shoulder. "I'm busy."
Blue Tommy pointed firmly at the spot he'd been sitting, then at the bandit, then at Tanrial, all the while glaring at him unblinkingly. The bandit looked puzzled for a second, but then nodded in understanding. "Ohhh. Ah, fine. But be quick."
Blue Tommy shrugged and trotted off, hopefully to ask Boar-back if he could let Tanrial leave the shed. The new bandit flopped down with a bored sigh and started scoping out Tanrial from the corner of his eye, trying to pretend that he was ignoring her.

@ElderGod-Carrots

(Ha… I want to die, v bad)
Tanrial sighed and turned to the new bandit, placing a hand on her hip, “Look, if you want to evaluate me or whatever either ask or try not to be so suspicious, thanks.”

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

(ducks in real quick before heading to bed Aww, fam… hugs gently)
He blinked in slight surprise, then shrugged a shoulder. "Eh. I hear from Argo that you're really something. I mean, the guys a total moron and a wuss, so I can't say I respect his opinion…. but his arm does look much better than it did the last time I saw it. Guess I'm just curious, like everybody else."

@ElderGod-Carrots

(hugs back I don't think my anxiety has been as high as it was for a while…)
"Well you could have just asked like a normal human then trying to do it secretly," She huffed, before crossing her arms, "Seriously, I'm not that scary am I? I don't think so but hey, it's whatever."
