(Okay)
"Yes yes, we were having fun calm down. Let's get going then if everything is finished." Tanrial said, waving Mike off and headed to the door to hold it open for everyone.

They slipped out quickly, looking all around for any signs of the forest beast, but the road was clear. Rick came last, his assault rifle loaded and at the ready. He jerked hi head to the east and Mike nodded. Stealthily, keeping to the overgrown side of the street, they set off towards the edge of town.

@ElderGod-Carrots

There was once again barely any sound except the shuffle of their feet as they walked. The crows had moved on at some stage and the place became more creepy by the second. "I don't like this." Tanrial whispered.

Mike looked as if he felt the same. "Just keep going….it's probably out hunting right now, so we should be–"
Only a few blocks away, there came the sound of something large–maybe a house–collapsing into pieces. A bird screeched loudly out in alarm, then fell silent.

@ElderGod-Carrots

"Yeah, but it could come running over at any moment," Tanrial muttered, taking a step back carefully, "But you're right, Rick, we need to keep going, quietly."

They almost made it. Everyone was being as quiet as mice, and they quickly put plenty of distance between them and the noise. Mike carefully looked up and down each street before they crossed it, and the edge of town was only a hundred yards away–when suddenly, Rick hissed a warning and ducked under the cover of a low-hanging tree nearby.

@ElderGod-Carrots

The forest beast was huge. It's looked like a ginormous lion to place an animal to it. It's canines hanging out of it's mouth as it placed one foot in front of the other as if searching for them. It's eyes more almost blood red, mixed with black as it assessed the area, sniffing the ground to find them.

Mike and the others pressed against the nearby house, hardly daring to breathe. The monster stepped slowly down the middle of the pavement, its tail flicking back and forth. When it was only a few feet away, it stopped and looked up, its dirty mane brushing the farthest branches of the tree they hid under. It did not seem to see them, but it could definitely smell them. It growled, and the sound thrummed in their bones.

@ElderGod-Carrots

Tanrial swallowed but didn't speak, they needed to get out somehow.
Mike, sorry for the mind breach but… see anyway we can get outta this one alive? She mind linked him and gave him an apologetic look.

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

Mike's mind was running at full speed as he answered her. It's going to find us and attack. Our only chance is to scatter. You and Rick have the best chance of fighting it and winning, so team up with him. But don't get left behind. It'll leave us alone if we can just get outta town.

@ElderGod-Carrots

Right, we'll distract him, you get the others and the fuel outta town. She gave him a nod before looking at Rick
Sorry for invasion and don't ask questions right now. I just spoke to Mike and he's gonna get everyone outta town and safe while we distract him, if that's okay with you. It's currently our only plan…

@ElderGod-Carrots

Tanrial took a breath before slipping out of the hiding spot and the beast snapped it's head to her. She walked backwards as the thing stalked towards are.

Rick followed, ranging out on one side. The beast snarled turned to face him, then looked back at Tanrial, clearly unsure which of them to focus on. Behind it, Mike and the others began to slip away down the street.
"So how do you want to do this," Rick asked casually, not taking his eyes off the beast. "Just draw it off and injure it, or go ahead and get rid of it permanently?"

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

"Aright. Let's just see what we can do." Rick swiftly lifted his gun and let loose a spray of bullets at the beast.
It roared and rose up on its hind legs, but the bullets merely glanced off its fur. Rick's eyes widened and quickly rolled out of the way as the beast lashed out at him with its scything claws. "Okay, your turn!"

@ElderGod-Carrots

Tanrial formed herself a sword, making sure the tip of sharp before hurling it at the creature as best she could. It managed to hit it's front left leg and let out a yowl of pain but quickly used his uninjured leg to pull it out, letting it drop to the ground.
(Sorry, gotta go, seeya tomorrow ^^)

(Okay, seeya! ^^)
Rick laughed, scrambling to his feet. "Looks like we'll have to settle for luring it off. Hot diggity, I haven't had a good fight in weeks! Watch your head!" He fired off another round, making the beast whirl around to face him. "Let's take 'im back to his house, eh?"

@ElderGod-Carrots

"Sounds like a plan," She made herself another sword, "Although, the only thing is unless we knock him out he's not going to come willingly, he's just going to keep attacking us every time!" She threw the sword again, stumbling back a little at the same time.

@ElderGod-Carrots

Tanrial nodded, "Good idea." She scanned the area for something heavy and big enough to buy them some time to escape, "Ugh, why does he have to be so damned big?!'
