"This sounds like an enormous plan to kidnap me. If your really from some place with magic, I think you can show me something other than necklace summoning."
"I only know conjuring magic, but let me see what I can do…" Vozalynn concentrated, trying to summon the pen she knew was on her bedside table. A few seconds later it appeared in her hand. "The pen from by bedroom back in Dryadalum."
Wren was impressed with that. There was no way Vozalynn had had that pen before summoning it, but she was still doubtful. "One more question. Does time pass in my world while in yours? I don't want to be gone a few years and have my parents panicking and thinking I got kidnapped and worrying that they'll never see me again."
She sighed. “You can’t see anyone and no one can see you now. I’m an elf, and I need you to come with me.”
“Seriously, an elf? Like the people with pointy ears?” Floyd asked, obviously a chatty, curious person.
She bit her lip. "Well….yeah it does. But…well…we can charm your parents to make them forget about you…"
Laurel refrained from rolling her eyes and just tied back her hair to expose her pointed ears. “Yes. Now are you coming or not?”
"NO!" She shouted. She held up the slingshot. "I don't want them to forget me! Never! They're my family! You stunted weirdo!" It was the best insult she could think of in her panic.
( When is my elf coming, I am bored.)
She laughed dryly at the girl's insult. "I'm sorry, but that's the best we can do. Unless you leave your parents a note without telling them what exactly is going on…"
“Where exactly are we going?” Floyd continued to question. He was always full of questions, and he could never seem to keep his mouth shut.
"No. I'm going to ask my mom. Now move or I'll use this." She indicated her slingshot.
Laurel sighed again. Oh boy, he’s a talker. “Tye Dryadalum, my world. Full of elves like me. It’s a long story, and we need to get going.”

"Move, or I'll have no choice." Vozalynn held her hand out at the girl, pretending that she had a magic to hurt the girl.
(Her mom is the kind to believe this sort of thing. She'll say yes.)
(alright)
Laurel sighed again. Oh boy, he’s a talker. “Ty Dryadalum, my world. Full of elves like me. It’s a long story, and we need to get going.”
“Really? Okay then,” Floyd simply said. He was always searching for new adventures. Besides, he assumed to not be gone for long.
Laurel was taken aback by how easy this had been. “Alright. I’m sorry you can’t say good bye to your family considering you’re never seeing them again, but we don’t have the time.” She held the crystal up.
“Wait, hold on, what?” Floyd questioned, eyes narrowing.
“Hmm? I thought you said you were coming?”
“Yes, but that was something you should have said before all of the other stuff,” Floyd exclaimed.
Laurel resisted the urge to swear. “Look, we don’t have time for this. Just hold on to my hand and we’ll be there in a few minutes.”
( I really want to be involved so….. do I have to wait until he gets back on?)
(Not sure.)
“Listen, lady, this is my family we are talking about. I don’t think I can do this..” Floyd said slowly.
