Personality: So he's a bit cold, and doesn't like when people tell him what to do. He is kind when he wants to be and if he likes you. He's sarcastic and has a sharp tongue, he's stubborn but if you push him hard enough he'll listen. Fascinated by creatures and will do anything to study them. If he truly likes you though he will get attached.
Dragon's name, appearance, personality: His dragon is still in its egg. (Is that okay?)
Background (occupation, social class, backstory, etc): His dad ever since he was little traveled around with his dad (Oliver's grandfather. It has been going on for generations) And study many different types of creatures and dragons and that's all they did. Oliver's father now does the same with Oliver and gives him all the books form past generations to study on and memorize. For Oliver's 10th birthday his mother started to give him journals that he now puts his own description and discoveries in. They also owned sort of like a zoo, but only for them to watch the behavior of the animals and study them. But when the village attacked, most of them died and some escaped.

(Sorry about that. I was going to start last night but I was hanging out with my boyfriend.)
The forest was a bit dark and Oliver's backpack was heavy and weighing him down. With all his books and his dragon egg,it made it hard for him to run, but with what he saw there was no way he was going to stay in the village. He was sad that most of the books of their Discovery's were now ashes because of the fire, but he's read those books so many times he's had them memorized by now. It was at a time like this he thanked whoever was watching over him for his good memory. His father and mother had saved him and told him to run. The thought of them not being with him anymore made the weight on his back feel heavier. "What am I going to do now Chi?" The Garden Fairy sat on his shoulder, but didn't say anything.

(It's fine! I was with my boyfriend too, so I probably wouldn't have been able to actually RP much.)
"Alright. I guess it's time to carry on," Aurelius said, climbing up on Nox's back.
The black dragon shook out her wings. Yes, let's take the skies before anything else can happen.

Frost nodded in agreement we must move now, I feel a dark aura surrounding us here.

"Of course I'll be staying on the ground." Mara laughed and hoped onto Riven's back. Yeah, I think it's best to get out of here quick. Mara was a but worried since Riven has been so on edge lately, and even more scary is because she didn't know why.

Mmmm I think that's called smoke, Frost. Nox said jokingly.
Even though the fire was mostly gone, a lot of the remaining carnage still smoldered, cloaking the area in blackness.
"All the more reason to go…" Aurelius said.
He urged Nox to start flying. She lifted a little above the ground before asking which way to go.

Lucky looked up at the sky in worry “what can possibly be going on?” She asked softly i don’t know child, but I don’t like it. frost replied

Oliver had decided to take a break and was resting on a rock next to a small pond. "Chi, those poor creatures didn't deserve to die." He covered his ears as he heard the sounds of their sufferings, although he did that it didn't help. Floating in the air, Chi went over and put her head against Oliver's cheek hoping it would help him feel better, and it did. He took out a water bottle that he had and drank it.

"Let's travel over forest. It's less conspicuous than going over the plains. They both run to the north, I think," Aurelius suggested.
Nox began to soar in the direction of the treetops, flying just high enough that the branches didn't scrape her belly.

A low growling sound was heard. Lucky groaned “can we stop? I want to see if I can find something to eat.” She yelled over the wind

"Sure. Be quick about it, though," Aurelius replied, slowing Nox down a little bit.

Riven slowed down and looked for food himself. Me and Mara are going to go look for food as well, we'll be back. As Mara and Riven went looking for food Oliver pulled some Elk jerky from his backpack and started to eat it. "I have to eat this quick before we attract things we don't want to."

Lucky sighed and quickly refilled her water bag. She splashed the cool water from the lake on her face before looking around for something to eat. Coming upon a black berry bush, she started collect some in a small pouch by her side. Lucky had her bow with her in case she came upon a rabbit or bird.

Nox touched down in a small clearing, which scared some birds into the air. She took a snap at them, successfully catching one in her jaws.
"Gods, Nox… no need to be so brutal."
It's eat or be eaten, my dear.
"You're a dragon. Nothing's going to eat you…"
Aurelius slid off her back and went over to the little pond. He observed for a moment to see if there were any fish, and when he determined there were, he took out his dagger and tried to spear a couple of them.

(I don’t think you can spear with a dagger XD I think you’d have to attach it to a stick)

Lucky quickly shot down a few birds then went to look for a bigger animal
