They all entered the garden and sat under the gazebo. "Beautiful isn't it?" This was his favorite spot. This was the first place he ever saw Claira, she look stunning standing with in the flowers. He would never tell her that though, way to embarrassing. "So, do you like it Ruby?"

Elliot was sitting in the bench petting Shadow when the others cane

"Elliot, what are you doing out here by yourself?" Xavier asked. Honestly, Xavier forgot he was here. He walked over to him and stood by the bench watching him pet his cat. Xavier was more of a dog person, that didn't mean he hated cats though.

“I was sitting here with Vic but then she left.” He told him

"Here, Vici, this is the dress I have designed so far," Claira gingerly handed her the sketch. Invalid Item

"I apologize for her. She's just really busy at the moment." If he had nothing to do, Xavier could always use help for the planning of the ball. "If your craving for something to do you could always help me."

“Well I did have to talk to you. I am a guard as well as her friend, I was wondering if I could have a group of trusted Warriors to help oversee her protection? I know that their are many lords and dukes who want their sons to be king. She may need more than a single guard.” He asked him. “But she also hates constantly being followed, so we’d have to be very careful not to be found out.”

"Hm, that is a hard request." He could talk to Andion about it, but there needs to be as many guards around the castle as possible. Plus it is true she hates being followed and if she finds out Xavier gave his consent, she might just kill him. "I might be able to spare two or three guards, but the not in charge in that department, so I'll have to check in with Andion."

“As long as they are trusted and willing to work with me, I do t care how many.” He said

"This garden, like everything else here, is extravagant. I tell you, it's priceless. How do you do it, dears?" Ruby drawled on. "Oh, am I interrupting something?"

"No, of course not." His hand rested on Elliot's shoulder. "I'll see what I can do." Xavier held his arm out like a gentleman ready to lead Ruby to the gazebo to rest. "Shall we?"

He nodded. Shadow jumped off his lap and went towards Xavier “shadow!”

"Of course, good sir Xavier. Sometimes one must stop and smell the flowers." She was seated on a marble bench facing the garden. "Thank you."

"Hello, Shadow." He smiled down at the cat rubbing against his leg. "He's very friendly." Now he was going to have cat hair on his clothes. He didn't mind to much though. "I really have to be going little guy."

“SHe is being a very bad girl! She usually hates other people.” He said glaring at her smug little face
