Kenzie giggled, shaking her head.
"So are you gonna let me in, or what?" she asked teasingly.
Hunter nodded, moving aside slowly, letting Kenzie in before he shut the door.
"No more classes for today," he muttered. "I'm a free bird."
Without looking directly at Hunter, because he still hadn't put a shirt on, Kenzie made her way over to the couch and sat down. She set her bag down on the floor by her feet, then reached in and grabbed a deck of cards.
A blush still on her cheeks, she asked, "You wanna play a game?"
(Huntzie is such a cute couple!)
Hunter rubbed the back of his head and stifled a yawn.
"Why is it so chilly?" he muttered to himself until he realized he hadn't put a shirt on.
So that's why Kenzie's a blushing mess… he thought to himself. He decided he was gonna continue teasing his girlfriend.
"Sure, why not?" he flopped down next to her. "Or we could play Ludo because I have that."
Kenzie's blush deepened (go figure) when Hunter sat next to her. She cleared her throat a couple of times, trying to get her voice to work. Still avoiding looking at his bare chest, she softly replied, "Uh, I actually, um, don't know what that is."
"You… what?" he whispered in shock. "Kenzie, you've never played Ludo before?"
He stood up dramatically.
"We must change that!" he exclaimed. "You have not lived to the fullest yet. Stay here, young hatchling, and I shall go get Ludo."
"Would you put on a shirt, too?" Kenzie called after Hunter, laughing.
"You can't deny the hotness~!" Hunter sang back as he went into his room before emerging with a board and a box. And, to Kenzie's relief, a shirt.
"To Kenzie's relief" was right! She let out a thankful sigh when she noticed that Hunter had put a shirt on; now she could look at him again!
"Thank you," she said. "Now, what's this Ludo game?"
"You can't deny the hotness~!"
(This is literally so funny. XD)
Hunter sat down on the floor, crossing his legs.
"Okay, so you get a bunch of minions," Hunter started, taking out the 'minions' from the small box he held. "But they have to be of the same color. And four of them. The color you choose your minions to be is going to be your starting point, aka your 'prison.' You have to get a six to get one minion out of prison, and it has to be the number six, and it can't be something adding up to six. If we play with one dice, three sixes is a foul and your turn is skipped. If we play with two, four sixes is a foul. What you have to do is take your minion safely to your 'house,' which is this middle part right here, but you have to go through your color. Also, you have to kill your opponent's minions to be able to get home. If you don't kill one, you won't be able to move forward from the road to your house, which is this section. To kill a minion, you have to draw the number that lets you take their place. For example, I get a four and I'm right here, and you're two steps behind me. If you get a six, you'll be able to take my place and I'll get sent back to prison. Also, if you get a six, you have another turn, but only if it doesn't lead to a foul," Hunter paused. "I guess that's it. It's just based on luck, is all."
Kenzie sat across from Hunter, her legs to one side and one arm propping her up. She gave him a soft look, her eyes sparkling a little, and murmured, "I think I've got some pretty good luck."
Hunter cleared his throat.
"Er, uh, yeah," he rubbed the back of his head. "Nah, I think I've got luck in my pocket."
(She got him flustered! XD Aww!)
Shifting her position so that her knees were against her chest and her arms rested on top of them, Kenzie shook her head.
"Nuh-uh. I don't think so," she argued playfully.
(… You changed it…)
(It's okay, it fits! I'll be right back xD)
"Of course you don't," Hunter agreed. "But yeah, you're pretty lucky. Your boyfriend's much cooler than my girlfriend."
Kenzie stuck her tongue out at Hunter.
"Rude," she joked, laughing lightly.
"Do that again," Hunter started. "And you'll find yourself in a very flustering situation."
(I'm seriously tempted to make her do it… shrugs Eh, why not?)
After blinking a couple of times, and with a light blush, Kenzie grinned. With a playful light in her eyes, she poked the tip of her tongue out of her mouth.
