“Well, he seems.. Nice,” Corbin mumbled, rubbing at the back of his neck. He stretched out his bad leg a bit, it beginning to feel a bit more sore.
“Well, he seems.. Nice,” Corbin mumbled, rubbing at the back of his neck. He stretched out his bad leg a bit, it beginning to feel a bit more sore.
“Eh, he’s alright. Kind of annoying when he bugs everyone, but he doesn’t mean any harm. I think,” Bastian said with a small laugh
Corbin gave another nod, running a hand over his stubble. He thought about what to ask for a moment before speaking up. “So, how did you get into dancing?” He asked, thinking about the show tat Bastian had put on the night before.
Bastian shrugged. “Where I’m from, dancing is a big part of the culture. So naturally I had to learn something at a young age, and I wound up being good at the more fluid stuff, like pole dancing.”
Corbin nodded his head slowly, leaning back against the back of the booth. “Ad where are you from?” He asked.
"It's a sort of abandoned country in the forests of Asia. I'm not sure if you've heard of it, but it was formerly known as Lonakke," Bastian explained
“Oh, never heard of it,” Corbin said with a shrug. He ran a hand through his hair, glancing around for a moment before looking back at Bastian.
"No one has, not unless you happen to find it in some dusty mythology book," Bastian chuckled. "But musty old kingdoms aside, where are you from?"
Mythology? Why was Bastian brining up mythology? “I’m from Texas, grew up there with family for most of my life,” he said.
"Really? How'd you end up here then?" Bastian asked with a small chuckle. He had a few friends who had lived in the south for a small time, primarily an astronomer who decided Florida would be a good place to look for certain constellations
“For a while, I was in a Navy training base before I went overseas,” Corbin answered, running a hand through his hair. He remembered those times when he was younger, excited to go to war.
"That sounds like fun," Bastian said. "My father was in the army. He was drafted in during the dozens of wars before my time."
“Oh really? What wars?” Corbin asked. He arched a brow in question, thinking back to previous and recent wars.
"They were more on the scale of large battles, but there were a lot of them. My country used to be very wealthy, and many people would show up to try and steal that wealth. Usually the mountain range kept them out, but there were a few instances where some people would slip through," Bastian explained
“Ah, I understand,” Corbin said with a slow nod. “And what are some other things I should know about you?”
Bastian shrugged. “Don’t really know. I’m not the most interesting person, at least out of the bedroom,” he chuckled. He was lying of course, but there were some things he didn’t really want Corbin knowing
“Well I assumed that you were at least decent in bed,” Corbin said. His fingers were tapping on his knee, glancing down to check on Orion.
“Decent? Decent is for the average suburban husband trying to convince his wife not to leave him. Now, amazing? Mindblowing? That, my friend, is worthy of someone such as myself,” Bastian chuckled
Corbin chuckled faintly, arching a brow a bit like that. “Alright, we’ll see about that,” he hummed, looking away from Orion and back to Bastian.
(oof gtg for like an hour, APE time :'))
"I certainly wouldn't mind you seeing it tonight" Bastian purred, giving Corbin a flirtatious wink before leaning forward a tad
(Oooof good luck)
Corbin shook his head slowly, clicking his tongue as he did so. “I don’t do that after one get together,” he said, arms loosely crossing over his chest.
(oof okay, here for a sec)
Bastian gave Corbin a sort of small pout. "You're missing out, love," he hummed. Just as he finished speaking, Cas came over with their food and set it on the table
Corbin gave a hum and a shrug, shaking his head a bit. He thanked Cas for the food, picking up his glass and taking a quick sip out of his glass.
Bastian took a quick drink of his bourbon before digging into his burger. He didn't usually eat until lunch or dinner, simply because of how late he slept in
Corbin was hungry, not having eaten much of a breakfast. So he began eating his burger, foot tapping on the floor as he did so.
