“Depends on who you are and what your reputation is. I’ve been here two years now, given them a load of shit. They got tired of it,” Vaughn explained, taking a seat in a desk chair, resting his hands in his lap.

"You know when I first met you, I thought you were a soft guy." Paige chuckled. "Guess I've been proved wrong."
Vaughn muttered something to himself and shook his head. “I just don’t like women getting hurt,” he murmured in response. He hadn’t been completely soft in a while, not since the murders. It was like they shut him off from everyone completely. No matter how closed he seemed to get to people, he felt he could never completely open up.
"I can see that." She slowly sat down on one of the beds in the room. "To be honest, I appreciate it. I can't really do much because of my size." Paige chuckled dryly. "I'm surprised that Reid wasn't able to chuck me across the room."
Vaughn shook his head slowly, blowing hair from his eyes that had fallen out of place. “He most likely didn’t think of it. That b*stard seemed too attracted to you to think about it, probably didn’t want to hurt you too much before he tried something,” he said, disgust in his tone.
Zanna sighed, "I'm going to back to my dorm. See you all later."
She got up and left the table walking through the hallways alone.
(the website is being slow again….)
Paige shivered at the thought. "I would have kicked his a** before he could do anything." She said confidently. Or at least tried to. I should get a knife or something. "By the way, that's not how you get a girl to go out with you." She joked.
(And it sucks!)
(It’s being bad for me too)
Vaughn nodded his head quickly, fiddling with his sleeve. “Believe me, I know,” he murmured in response, mind flickering back to a time with a previous lover. It was his last one before he came to the reform school. He remembered getting intimate, though when he slipped off his shirt, she had questioned him about the scars he had. When he wouldn’t tell her, she had gotten angry and walked out on him. He wasn’t made for that sort of thing, it seemed.
Paige tilted her head as if she was curious. "You do?"
Vaughn’s jaw clenched and he nodded his head slowly. He really wanted to change the subject.
She noticed his behavior and decided that this was probably a sensitive subject. "So…what's the worst possible punishment in this hellhole?"
Vaughn shrugged his shoulders, considering it. “My guess is that they kill you. Tell whoever put you in here that you killed yourself.”
Paige nodded slightly. Now the topic was sensitive for her. Back home, she often had thoughts of killing herself off but she didn't dare bring that up. You've been so good about not thinking about it so far….just try to focus on something else…
Vaughn’s grey eyes narrowed sharply as he glanced over Paige’s facial features. He cleared his throat, rubbing at the side of his neck. “Anyways..”
Paige stood up. "That's all I wanted to know. Thanks for telling me." She turned to leave.
(I might disappear soon)
(Alright)
Vaughn nodded and watched her before speaking up. “Have a nice evening.”
"Thanks I guess…you too." Paige smiled slightly as she shut the door behind her. She immediately looked both ways to check if any guards were there. It's clear for now….
(okay now I have to go bye!)
(Seeyah!)
Vaughn exhaled sharply and changed again into something more casual and comfortable. He climbed into bed, laying on his stomach, half hugging onto a pillow as he did so.
(Hello, good morning mortals and….. not mortals?)
(morning!)
(Morning.)
(Hi!)
Paige chuckled to herself. I am so not letting him live that down… She thought as she carefully crept into the next hallway.
Vaughn eventually forced himself to get up. He felt dehydrated and hungry. He felt like he wanted a second dose of his medication, but the nurses wouldn’t allow that. Only one dosage a day. He scoffed when thinking about it and changed into his normal uniform before slipping out of his room, heading down to the cafeteria. Once he got there, he grabbed a water bottle, standing near a wall as he drank a good amount of it quickly.
