Nik was seated on a horse with Eclipse, and he rubbed his eyes a little bit. They were heading out now. Aron was coming along, as well as Errol, while Ryker went back to Kevra's capital to assist Lieze. Errol and Ryker hadn't wanted to have to split up; the two were married, after all. But it wouldn't be permanent and they were needed in different places.

Eclipse was grateful for their loyalty, prioritizing them over his own guards, a group of silver haired young men and women that rode both ahead, and behind them. Seeing Nik rub his eyes again in front of him he pulled the other closer, hugging him, "You can sleep if you need to.." he said softly.

(I kinda just now decided they were actually married, not just dating/engaged lol. But I knew the two were a long-term kinda relationship, which is actually really fun bc relationship Dynamics are interesting bc they're so different XD)

Nik nodded, and leaned back against Eclipse's chest, closing his eyes sleepily. "I shouldn't go to sleep too quickly." He said softly. Aron was, as always, helping organize everything as they left, his eyes bright. Errol and Ryker were standing to the side, talking quietly, with Ryker's arms around Errol, the healer snuggled close to the other male.

(This revelation actually just made my day)
Eclipse smiled at him lovingly, keeping one arm around the other's middle. "It's perfectly alright love." he said softly, "You need it…" he looked around at everyone, watching as they packed up. He was grateful for Arron's leadership in this situation, as his own hands were full with Nik, and the scene with Ryker and Errol was just sweet, so much so that he was beginning to regret asking them to part ways.

Nik sighed softly. "Okay." He agreed softly. He closed his eyes, pressed against Eclipse's chest, his eyes drifting shut again. Aron finished getting everything organized, and gently reminded Errol and Ryker that it was time to go. The two shared a kiss, then Errol headed to his horse, and Ryker went to his. He was leading a small group back to Kevra's capital.

Eclipse sighed, wishing they could stay together, though they were needed in different places. Making sure his grip on Nik was secure, he looked around to see his guards mounting up. Spurring his horse a little, he moved to the center of the group, "We almost ready to move out Arron?" he asked.

Aron nodded. "Yes sir." He replied, glancing around. "We're just waiting on a straggler. I sent him to fill some extra water flasks. Once he's back, we'll be on our way."
Nik opened his eyes sleepily.

Eclipse nodded, "Thank you Aron," he said softly, smiling at him, "You've done a fantastic job here." he looked down at Nik, smiling at him before looking around again, double checking that everyone seemed ready to go.

Aron nodded. "You're welcome." he replied with a quick smile. He glanced at Nikolas. "If you need me to take him at some point, I can. Or if he wants to ride with someone else."
Nik stretched a little. "I don't think I'll want to, but thanks, Aron."

Eclipse nodded, "Thanks Aron, but I think I'll be keeping him with me." he said softly, hugging Nik closer to him.

Aron smiled. "Alright." he replied. The straggler returned, and he shouted, "Let's head out!" the caravan began to move.
Nik leaned against Eclipse.

Eclipse spurred his horse on to move with the group, nodding in response to a few people, keping on hand on the reigns, and the other in Nik.

Nik leaned back against Eclipse, eyes open as he watched the scenery go by. He let out a soft sigh. "Hey, Eclipse? How long do you think this will take?"
