Cyrus moved a little closer to Uriah. He would give him a hug once everyone else had stepped back. He glanced at the floor.
"So this is really happening…"

Nathan yawned and walked into a hallway where he saw all the adults gathering "wha-whats happening?" He said, yawning. Bird lady and her friends looked like they were going to cry.

Katya followed closely behind Nathan curious as to what was going on as well. She felt like this was a familiar scenario and let the adults be. She walked up to Nathan and tried to pull him back, "Come on Nathan, let's go get breakfast."

"But they're sad, what are they sad?" He asked, tilting his head sideways

"It's because one of them is going on a trip, and the others are going to miss him," Katya wasn't sure if that was the reason, but the words flowed out before she could stop them.

"But if hes coming back, then they shouldnt be sad!"

"Well, it can be a really long trip," Katya explained, "It could be he's leaving and won't be coming back."

"Awe." He frowned "let's get breakfast, I'm hungry!"

Katya nodded and continued walking towards the cafeteria, "What do you think they'll have?"

"I hope they have fresh bread, I really want to learn how to make it!" He said, eyes shining.

(We should celebrate a birthday of one of the kids!!)

(Yeah!)

Katya laughed a little, "That would be great. Maybe someone will teach you."

"Maybe. But I'm only 6. Ooh, I want to use a sword!" He yelled in excitement after seeing some on display

Katya gave him a smile, "I'm sure someone could teach you that too."

He smiled and went to grab a tray from the line

Katya followed after him not being as hungry with the slight pounding in her head.

Uriah gave Cy a quick hug and stepped towards Luna a bit more. He leaned down to her ear, "Be safe, okay." He smiled and gave her a wink. Walking closer to the door two men opened it for him. "Well, my ride is here so I better be going." The car showed up at the moment he walked out. Don't look back, dont look back. Opening the door to the car felt lonely. He quickly got in and shut the door before he decided to change his mind. Then the car jolted and started down the road.

Esmae woke up on the roof, this was her third time falling asleep here. It had been about two weeks since her arrival, her arm and all the wounds on her were healed. "Miki?" Looking around she realized he was gone, but that was nothing new. The morning sunlight felt amazing and so did her morning stretches. "Food, then jog?" She thought for a moment then headed inside. "Sounds good to me!"
(Who's birthday? Can it be Esmae's?)

Luna felt her face heat up quite quickly. She was still frowning as she tried not to show her emotions. She wished Uriah hadn't done that right before he left. She watched as the car left before letting out a soft exhale and made her way quickly to the training room. She needed to get her mind off of her worries. Just anything to keep her occupied.
