Luna frowned slightly, the quiet one and the one that wouldn't leave Cyrus's side? She looked at Esmea, "I-I think they're hearts are in the right place, b-but they aren't going the right way about it. B-besides I doubt Vida would hurt Cyrus, K-katya I'm not as sure. I-It's probably not true Uriah."
"Luna, do you really want to take the chance? If she is lying we can take care of that later, but if she's not and we do nothing about it the Cyrus gets hurt when we know about it." Uriah also had his doubts, especially since Esmea hasn't been the best. "I'm not lying!" Esmea pushed Uriah away, anger filled her eyes. "If you don't do something, I'll do it myself."
Luna thought for a moment. Cyrus could get hurt and that would be bad, on the other hand they could be playing right along with the brats cards, "W-what can two kids do? I-I don't think that they can cause him much harm if it is true anyway."
"That is true, but also there is a mission coming up. We need everyone we can get. And with Cyrus being a leader here it would be bad if he got hurt. Sorry, but I'm going to check, just in case." Uriah looked at Esmea and she nodded. Esmea ran off and Uriah followed.
Cyrus took a few strides so that he was walking next to Sparrow.
"Well… I don't know about you, but I think that was bizarre… Why would she say something like that?"
"Well, I'm.not sure. I'd stay on the safe side if I were you."
Cyrus nodded. "Okay. I mean… when am I not cautious, anyway?"
He turned the corner.
"Do you want to go back down to our quarters or keep walking?"
(And our plans. Keep getting threatening. Why does this keep happening. Agh.)
Luna sighed a little as she followed after pulling her shawl back up over her head. She understood his reasons, but Esmea could have planned this and was simply trying to hurt others. She just didn't like the situation.
Katya kept following after Cyrus, wasn't there stairs on the ways to the quarters?
"Let's head back, it's getting pretty late and I still have to work on the kids weapons." Sparrow smiled at him "and I'd like to hold a meeting with the others in the morning." She said in a more serious tone
Narhan yawned and walked out of the big hall and into a hallway, trying to find the room they were staying in.
Vida perked up a bit and nodded to Katya in a sort of now's our chance!
(Should I have Nathan find them?)
(Maybe, but not blow their cover/stop them before they do anything?)
Katya nodded back waiting for Cyrus to walk by stairs so they could rush and push him down.
Vida poised herself to get off running. She looked to Katya and started counting down on her hand.
(He come their and be like "what are you doing but then get told to go away lol)
Katya waited until Vida reached zero and saw Cyrus in front of a stair case. Katya took off running towards him in a gleeful playful manner hoping Vida would get the cue as she looked back.
Vida sprinted after her, pretending to play tag. She darted behind Sparrow and Cyrus almost silently.
Katya looked to make sure she was still on target before charging at Cyrus full speed. Once they collided she stopped and looked at him shock faced. She hoped it had been enough.
Cyrus' leg came out from under him and he felt himself start to fall. He instinctively threw out his hand to break the fall, but this didn't do anything to help. He still fell hard, and fell down several steps before stopping. He slowly sat up, feeling a little bit panicked, but at first, he didn't realize he was hurt. He thought he had maybe hit his head, but everything felt fine after it first happened.
Katya's hand went to her mouth to help mask her shock as she quickly and carefully descended the stairs. It worked! The plan had worked! "I-I didn't see you there. I am so sorry!"
Cyrus felt waves of pain start to set in. He was definitely covered in bruises, and his hand was hit with a deep, stinging pain from the inside. He took a couple of deep breaths.
"It's… it's fine…" he said softly, "I'm alright, I think."
Katya frowned heavily as she looked at him, "Let me help you. I am really really really sorry Cyrus!"
Vida looked their way and walked down to where Cyrus was.
"Do you need help up?" she asked.
"It's okay, I've got it," he replied, using his good hand to grip the rail and pick himself back up. He now realized his knee was in a lot of pain, too, but he didn't want the kids to feel guilty or think they had seriously injured him, so he used the rail to support a lot of his weight.
(I have to leave… I'll be back eventually)
Katya looked up at him with big eyes. He didn't look okay, "Are you sure? You don't look okay."
"Cyrus!" Sparrow yelled and ran down the stairs "oh my God are you ok?"
Uriah and Esmea turned the corner and immediately Uriah flew down the stairs to help Cyrus help. "I told you." Esmea said, but she said it quietly. She then shot a look over to Vida and Katya.
"Hey Cy, are you okay?"
Katya sent a look back. Luna stepped back, Cyrus really did get hurt. She couldn't believe that brat was right, much less that those two were the cause of this. She stood there in seething fury waiting for some sign of okayness from Cyrus to go off onto the two girls.
“I’m fine. Why don’t you kids go on to bed?Cyrus insisted.
He was trying to hide his pain as much as possible.
"Like I said, I'm not the only messed up one here. We are all raised assassins we're all going to be a little messed up. So next time you all shouldn't take a look and realize kid assassins, aren't Angels." Esmea thought more than other are a but more messed up. She knew she had problems and were a bit more troubled than the others. But, honestly she didn't care. She just wanted to show the other kid's true selves.

Sparrow looked at him then frowned "we need to get you checked out."
