“Not really, no. We could just go back to your room?” Blaine suggested with a shrug.
“Not really, no. We could just go back to your room?” Blaine suggested with a shrug.
Andion smirked, “And do what, exactly?”
Blaine rolled her eyes. "I was thinking talk, but you clearly were not."
Andion let out a low laugh, "Talking is good too."
“Yes it is,” Blaine agreed with a chuckle. She reached over to kiss his cheek before going back to her food. “The other thing is good, too, though.”
Andion's smirk returned, "Mhmmm. Yes, yes it is good."
"Let's finish eating first," Blaine teased. "Then we can go back to your room and decide. Maybe we could do both."
Andion nodded, "Let's just see what happens." He said, taking a mouthful of food.
“Sounds good,” Blaine agreed, smiling at him before finishing her food.
Andion chuckled and quickly finished his meal before shout and yells sounded through the hallways. People stood to attention and murmurs broke out over the dining hall.
Blaine stood up as well, eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
“What do you think is going on?” she asked Andion in a murmur.
Andion stood slowly and frowned, "I- I don't know…" He said, keeping his eyes trained on the door.
Blaine took a small step closer to Andion, not because she was afraid, but just because she wanted to be close to him during whatever was happening. She watched the door as well, eyes narrowed slightly.
After a few moments, the doors flung open and one of the older boys burst in, panting and blood dripping down the side of his face, "We're under attack! Thranion said to grab what you can and head into the forest towards the mountains!"
Blaine’s gaze shot to Andion. This could be their chance to get out. With al the craziness, no one would notice them slip away. They could even go warn the prince that Thranion wanted him dead.
Andion nodded his head in understanding, knowing what that look meant. They could find an inn to stay in until the boat, it shouldn’t be too hard, “Come on.” He said, beginning to manoeuvre through the sea of people.
“Should we grab anything?” Blaine asked as she followed him.
“Weapons, clothes, the plans, money,” Andion replied, pushing open his door, “And anything else you want but nothing too heavy.”
Blaine nodded once. “Sounds good. I’ll grab some things from my room and meet you at yours, then.”
Andion nodded back, “Okay. Please be careful and quick.”
“You too,” Blaine said softly, reaching up to give him a quick kiss before heading towards her room.
Andion watched her go, a frown forming as He quickly grabbed and bag and stuffed in the necessary items for their trip. If they were caught then they were going to be in some deep trouble.
Blaine quickly packed what she thought was necessary, then chewed on her lip as she glanced around her room. That was all she needed. Anything else would just be extra weight that she didn’t need. With a sigh, she walked out to meet Andion.
Andion made good work of his room, double checking to make sure the plans and weapons were in there before walking out his room. People were rushing around everywhere, some wounded and others not. It was chaos.
Blaine reached Andion's room and stepped inside. "Ready?"
