Caramel sniffed his hand and licked it, before resting her head on the floor again. Astra was shocked, and it showed.

Winter made a soft noise. "Are you sure your cat is vicious?" He asked, looking at her in amusement.
Astra rolled up her left sleeve and showed him a bunch of cat scratches. "Yes, I'm sure," she replied, slightly bitter that Winter was able to befriend Caramel so quickly
Winter winced. "Ouch. Okay." He looked down at the cat again.
(I'm tryna think of ways for Winter to fall for Astra but uh,,,,, my brain can barely comprehend the word cat right now)
She rolled down her sleeve again and sighed. "Sorry for dragging you all the way out here." Astra's words were still slurred together.
(lol same. omw mood. Also same uhm……I think just slow burn? Like they're friends, and both start to develop feelings that Winter is vehemently denying? XD)
"It's okay." Winter shrugged. "I had nothing better to do today."
(Lol alright)
Astra fumbled with her keys, eventually finding the right one and held the door open for Winter. "Would you like to come inside?"
Winter sighed, and went in. "I may as well." He shrugged slightly as he went in.
Astra's place was rather small, but it was well kept. There were quite a few empty beer bottles on almost every table surface, leaving only a little bit of room for anything else. "Ta-da!" She closed the door and did a little pose for Winter. "This is my apartmen-" She hiccuped. "No wait. It's my house."
Winter nodded. "Yes… it's very…beer bottle-y." He said slowly, eyes flickering around. He had seen addiction kill so many people…would it claim Astra, too?
She chuckled. "I know. It's been a while since I cleaned up, though." She pulled up a chair for Winter to sit in. "Sit. Or else."
Winter sat. "Ookay?" He looked over at her, raising his eyebrows. What was going on?
Astra pulled out a pen and paper, and sat down on the other side of the table. "I'm going to ask you questions, and you're going to answer them." She said, not looking up from the paper. "First question. When is your birthday?"
He blinked. "Uhm. I actually don't know?" He replied slowly.
Her head snapped up. "You don't even remember when your own birthday is?!" She shook her head. "That must be awful."
An idea popped into her head. It was almost like you could see the lightbulb turn on."How about I just give you a birthday date? Hm?"
He shrugged. "That works. I guess." He had stopped celebrating his birthday once he hit the 1,000 year mark. It just got tedious, celebrating birthdays when the people coming just kept getting older.
She smiled. "Good." She wrote down a date, not letting Winter see when it was. "What's your favorite color?"
"Uhhhh blue." He blurted with a shrug.
She nodded, writing it down with surprisingly somewhat legible handwriting. "Favorite cake flavor?"
"Why is this important?" He asked, looking at her strangely.
She looked up at Winter and pointed to herself. "I'm the one asking questions." She pointed at him. "Not you. Now, answer the question."
"Vanilla." He replied slowly, arching an eyebrow.
She smiled smugly. "Thank you." She wrote it down, her handwriting slowly getting worse the more tired she became. "Now, if you could have any one thing in this world, what would it be?"
He blinked, thinking. "Uhm. I don't know?"
Astra sighed and crumpled up the paper, putting it in her pocket. She threw the pen at his chest. "Well, I got all I needed."
