"Maybe." She gave him the note and quickly left.
The note read:
Alright Winter, listen read this well!
You better meet me at that restaurant again today. Meet me there at 6 pm. We're gonna do something fun. If you're not there, REMEMBER! I KNOW WHERE YOU SLEEP!
PS. Thank you for letting me stay the night :)
He took the note and read it. A small smile flickered across his face. "Fine." He muttered.
Time skip
Astra was sitting at the bar this time. She had straightened her hair and put it in a ponytail, trying to look nice on purpose.
Winter showed up, in a long coat again, and sat down near her.
Astra turned towards him. She was wearing a bit of makeup. Not too much, but not too little. "You came!" She squealed, only a little bit surprised by his presence.
He stared at her. "Your face is different." He blurted.
(everyone at me when I wear makeup XD)
She rolled her eyes. "I know that. Does it make me look prettier?" She giggled and posed for him, expecting for him to just shrug or not answer at all.
(XD it really do be like that)
He shrugged. "No comment." He replied, ordering a drink.
She pouted, but she wasn't surprised. "Whatever. Anyway, I'm going to let you drink with me tonight!" She threw him a cute smile. "My treat!"
He took a sip of his drink. "I'm not getting drunk." He warned.
"Then I'll drink more for you, in place of your stiffness." She giggled and ordered a drink, gulping down about half of the drink before she stopped for air.
Winter shook his head. "Drunkard." He muttered, taking another sip of his own.
She frowned. "Stiff." (is that a diVERGENT REFERENCE-) She finished the rest of the drink in one more go, and ordered another drink, seemingly pleased with herself.
(it wasnt supposed to be but sure XD)
Winter rolled his eyes.
She drank this one more slower, trying to savor the bitter flavor. "So. There's really nothing interesting about you, huh?" She figured she'd ask again. It's not like she had anything to lose.
He laughed. If only you knew… "Nope." He replied, taking another sip of his drink.
She shrugged and took a sip of her drink. "I just realized that something."
She looked over at him. "We're basically polar opposites."
He nodded. "Yes, we are." He agreed.
Her sips slowly turned into large gulps. Astra quickly finished her drink. Two drinks of that stuff was enough to get anyone drunk. She ordered another, grinning like an idiot at the bartender while she did.
Winter shook his head, still sipping on the same drink. "I'm not responsible for you." He warned her.
"Please, what's gonna happen to me?" She smirked at him as she struggled to open her bottle. The bartender opened it for her and she thanked him about 17 times before letting him go back to his job.
"I dont know, a rapist? A murderer? All sorts of things." Winter replied with a shrug.
Astra reached over and put a finger over his cheek. It took a few seconds before she corrected herself and placed it on his mouth. "Don't be such a downer all the time." She removed her hand before he could react and started to drink some more.
He rolled his eyes. "When you get jumped, it isn't my fault."
