He shook his head. "I'm fine." He replied.

She shrugged. Your loss. After a moment of silence, she asked him, "can I meet your cat yet?"

He groaned. "Fine. But Ash isnt very friendly. At all." Although for whatever reason, that stupid cat loved Alexander the Great.

Astra internally celebrated. "Don't worry," she grinned at him. "I'm great with cats."

Winter sighed. "Not this cat you aren't."

"We'll see," she smirked, confident in her befriending-cats ability.

Winter shook his head again, starting towards his house.

Astra held on to his hand, memorizing the way to his house as they walked there.

Winter pulled his hand away. "Please don't hold onto my hands."

She puffed all the air into one cheek, pouting. "Are you a germophobe or something?"

"Something like that." He replied, not looking at her as he walked.

"Stop saying that!" She frowned, a crease in her forehead appearing. She caught up to him and linked arms with him again.

"Stop saying what?" He asked, looking at her.

She made a face that was supposed to imitate him. "Something like that," she said mockingly.

He shrugged. "And why should I stop?" He asked, looking at her curiously.

"Because it's annoying," she mumbled and looked away. It wasn't really annoying, she just wanted to know more about him. And he wasn't making it easy, to say the least.

Winter shrugged. "Mm." They arrived at his house.

The second she stepped into his house, her footsteps became quiet and her breathing slowed. I have to befriend his cat! She started to make her way through the house, not caring if Winter would mind or not.

Winter sighed softly as he watched her. A grey tabby cat came to the door when they came in, winding around Winter's legs.

Astra's eyes eventually turned to Ash. How cute! She kneeled down and made a soft noise with her mouth (that little tich tich that you do when you want a cat's attention)

Ash meowed softly, padding over to sniff at her curiously.

She offered the cute cat her hand, allowing him to sniff her first. She looked up at Winter and gave him a wholesome smile, her eyes practically sparkling.

Winter looked away. Ash tilted his head slightly, sitting down and looking at her.
(…. I just realized I don't own a cat, have never owned a cat, and don't know what they act like XD)

Astra scoffed at Winter when he looked away from her and internally cursed him. She looked back down at the cat and tried to make her presence seem calm and relaxing to the cat.
(Same lmao)

Ash padded closer, reaching up with his front paws to pat at her leg curiously.
