(Like, what if the people judge you for your order? I know that most people honestly don't care, they're like, just get your food and leave, I need money. But I just don't like it.)

(XD I just worry about what language I'm going to speak. Portuguese is my second language, and often times I'll mix together English and Portuguese.)

( oh just PORTUGUESE. How can you say that lightly )

(I've spoken it since I was like, three. I forgot most of it temporarily, but it's been coming back to me.)

Lenny sat down with her new friends at a table outside. "It feel so nice today." she said, licking her cone.

Levi nodded. "I do like the cold a lot, but I have to admit that I like this weather."

"So everybody, tell me your age." Said Lenny, leaning back in her chair.

Levi took a bite of the waffle cone. "Last month I turned 13."

Robin ate his ice cream quietly. "I'm 13." He preferred to listen, and didn't speak much or add his opinion often.

Sacia crammed a bite of mocha ice cream into her mouth. She'd been quiet for too long. With cheeks filled with dessert, she said, "Fourteen! My birthday was last month." (Sorry I disappeared. Went to the movies)

'Eating plums are nice,' Eli thought as he sat himself back down on the stone hedge.

Zoey stopped eating. "I'm turning fourteen in October."

Levi nodded, already done with his cone. "So are most of us thirteen or fourteen?"

"I think so." Robin felt like he should contribute to the conversation somehow. He shared some of his melted ice cream with the bird, who seemed to enjoy it.

"I LIKE PLUMS!!'

"Cool." Levi paused. "How come I haven't seen any of you in school?"

"I LIKE PLUMS!!'

(Eli oh my gosh…)

Robin was startled by Eli's sudden outburst, but didn't comment on it. "Er… I don't talk much. And I'm in different classes. Everything thinks I'm really weird because I read a lot and the… animal thing.."

"I like the animal thing. You're like a Disney character." Levi figured he'd make small talk with these people, maybe they could be good friends.

"Eli, what's your problem?" Sacia challenged, glaring at him. "Don't interrupt people, dude."

Robin's face flushed a bit, embarrassed. He looked at the bird again, who gently pecked his nose.

Zoey sat quietly, listening to everyone talk.
