Lenny kicked a stone on the pavement, and fiddled with her pony-tail. She smiled to herself when Robin spoke, thankful that he was to intimidated by the group.

"So," Levi said, breaking the silence. "Where is this place?"
"Right over here." Said Lenny, turning a corner. In front of them was a small, mind colored adorable building with the words "Creamy's" on the front.
Levi nodded, making his way up to the door. "C'mon, free ice cream!"
Robin looked up at the building. He had never been to this place before, but that hardly surprised him. He spent most of his time either reading inside or in the forest with the animals.
Lenny smiled and followed him in. The owner, Mr. Richardson, smiled and waved at the kids. "Ey there Lenny! Got some new friends?" he asked. Lenny smiled and nodded. "Thats nice!" Mr. Richardson continued. "The usual?" he asked.
"Yes please!" Said Lenny, eagerly running to the counter. He handed her a waffle cone with the top dipped in chocolate, and two scoops of mint chocolate chop ice cream on top.
Levi went up afterwards. "I'll have chocolate on a waffle cone." He shivered slightly from the cold.
Oh gosh. Now he had to order things? Greaaaaaat. Robin decided he'd go last, to prepare himself for the coming, clearly difficult, task. (Yeah I'm basically just writing myself at this point. Ordering things is terrifying.)
Zoey asked for the same thing that Lenny got. "This place is awesome!" She commented happily.
Mr. Richardson smiled warmly and handed Levi his order.

(I agree so much ordering is so hard!)
Lenny turned to Levi and Zoey who were licking their cones. "I told you!" she said.
Levi took his ice cream and quietly ate it, waiting for everyone else to finish ordering.

Gosh I hate it
(Like, what if the people judge you for your order? I know that most people honestly don't care, they're like, just get your food and leave, I need money. But I just don't like it.)
(and my voice always cracks or squeaks or something)
Lenny stood beside Robin, sensing he was uncomfortable. "Mr. Richardson, this is Robin." she said.

( I feel like that, but when I'm checking out books at the library )
Robin held out his hand politely. "I-it's nice to meet you, sir." He had completely forgotten about the bird sleeping on his shoulder for the time being.

(Saaaame. I wanted to read this book series, but I felt like it was a bit young for me and that the librarians would judge me⦠but eventually I sucked it up and just checked out the books because I wanted to read them. No one cared but me.)

(XD I just worry about what language I'm going to speak. Portuguese is my second language, and often times I'll mix together English and Portuguese.)
Mr. Richardson shook Robin's hand. "It is very nice to meet you Robin!" he exclaimed. "Thats a might pretty bird on your shoulder." he said, and let go of Robin's hand. "What kinda ice cream do you want?" he asked.

( oh just PORTUGUESE. How can you say that lightly )
"Oh!" Robin looked at the bird, a bit embarrassed that he had brought it inside. "I-I'll just have vanilla, please."
Mr. Richardson handed him his ice cream and winked. "Good choice!" he said.
