Daso,
After much consideration, I have decided to send your sister to a different facility after I was informed via telephone that she had tried to message you. Don't try to contact her again. The two of you are very sinful and wrong for disobeying your mother and I. You are possessed of the devil. That demon in you comes out when you hurt other people. I tried to do right by you and fix you, but you weren't to be fixed. This letter is really to express that although I love you, and you will always be my son, I will no longer allow you into my home. I wouldn't be surprised if you got sent to juvenile detention, or even prison, but if not, you will not be coming home. Dara still has potential, and since she is a woman she is not allowed to go off on her own. Good luck facing the world, and good luck controlling the devil in you. Your mother cries so often over you, and she has destroyed your remaining, sinful possessions. We both regret everything you've done.

Jasper huffed a breath and kissed Daso again. "Of course we can. But I think you should read the letter."
He took a shaky breath. "Read it to me. I can't. I don't want to."

Jasper's hand slid down, clutching Daso's. He opened the letter with steady fingers and read it out loud. Once again, he felt the rage simmer quiet and warm in the hollow of his throat. Devil. How dare he write words like that and send them to his child? Jasper vowed to meet this man and torture him as slow as possible. Maybe even kill him. He'd decide on the spot.
"I don't…I can't ever find Dara." He said this quietly, as though he couldn't believe the words falling from his tongue. He stared into the distance, his eyes dimming. "I don't know what to do anymore."
Jasper's eyes brightened. He smiled. "I do." He made Daso look at him. "Let's go pay the fucker a visit. I'll make him talk."
"No," he responded shortly. "I'll hurt him again. I don't care that you'll hurt him, but you might go to prison. I might go to prison too."
Jasper's smile widened, gleaming and dangerous. "Sweetheart, after I have my way with him, there'll be nothing left for you to do. Don't worry. I know how to make him keep his mouth shut."
Daso thought about it for a long moment. He didn't have anything else that he wanted to do. He'd just wanted to make friends, but he'd fucked everything up and he didn't want to make Jasper hate him, too. "Okay, we can go there. Promise you won't kill him."
"I won't," Jasper murmured. "He'd get off much too easy."
