(And it will be glorious.)
(And it will be glorious.)
Cat left the girls cabin and saw smoke come from the councilors cabin. she poked her head back into the cabin and looked at Grace. "I guess we didn't have to do anything."
Caine saw the smoke, and his blood boiled. He ran towards the cabin, and threw the door open. Pyro was limp, and Jake had just kicked her. His vision went red, and he charged at the counselor, punchinng him in the jaw and squeezing his large, powerful hands around his neck.
(And then imagine: they all get sent to a different camp, and turns out they were all sent to the same one.)
Grace poked her head out the door and followed Cat’s gaze. “Right you are. Just a bit more of this and we have a ticket out of here.”
(Less than a second apart.)
(What if they all get into trouble during this fight and get sent to the same juvy?)
"Do you still have your phone?" Cat asks.
(Oh, that would be beautiful.)
“Always,” Grace said without hesitation.
"We could go closer and film it. That could get this place shut down faster," Cat explains.
Grace looked visibly uncomfortable. “What if they see us?”
"We were concerned for the safety of our fellow campers and the counselors." Cat kept her eyes on the cabin.
Daso allowed Jane to drag him out of the cabin. He kept a tight hold to the essentially destroyed bracelet, his eyes downcast. He felt sick. He'd hurt someone –again. And he'd lost his bracelet. What was the point? He saw Cat and Grace standing over to the side and hesitantly waved at them.
(im back holy shit this is possibly the best thing we've ever written)
Declan hovered in the doorway, hands over his mouth. The disaster unfolded in front of him in all its glory - one of Valentina's goons fought Jake, and Adrielle was curled up on the floor, restrained. And him, having done nearly nothing to prevent it.
Useless.
Jane led Daso out of the cabin, and he moved aside as they came near him. A choked sob escaped him.
Jasper ran to the cabin. Daso was being dragged out, and he paled. Jasper nudged Declan's shoulder as he burst into the cabin. His eyes widened as he took it all in,and he coughed from the sickly smoke that hung in the air.
(wait shit he's not in the cabin anymore i'll change it)
Daso watched Jasper hurry into the cabin. His eyes widened. "Wait, Jas, I handled it," he said, his voice a mess of raspy anger, grief, panic, and smoke inhalation.
Jasper shook his head, Daso's faint words reaching him. He walked back to where Jane had chained Daso to a bench, and kneeled next to it. "What the fuck happened? Why are you burnt? What the hell?" He ran a hand through his hair, breaking several strands in the process. "What the hell is going on?" he whispered.
(sry i dont wanna maneuver the plot too much)
"I fucked up," he admitted softly, "I just fucked up really, really bad and I really don't want to be here anymore. I'm so sorry. I really hurt someone. I hurt her so bad and I'm just so fucking sorry."
Jasper put his hands on the sides of Daso's head, looking into his eyes with a sort of feral desperation. "I was going to take care of her, Daso. I was gonna break all her little bones for you. I was gonna make her pay."
(here's your daily reminder that jasper's a sociopath!)
(very important information there)
"Too late," Daso said with a laugh that didn't sound quite right, a laugh that was altogether too wild and too desperate. "She took everything and then I broke her myself –all by myself, Jasper, aren't you proud?" The last words were barely a choking whisper.
Jasper kissed him fiercely, tasting the blood on Daso's lips. "Of course I'm proud, baby.' He stroked Daso's temples. "But she didn't take everything." He put the letter in Daso's lap.
Daso stared down hollowly at the letter. "I don't want it," he said, taking it between his fingers. "I wish she'd burned it instead. It's from my father, he's a bastard and I'd break his face again if I had to." He caught himself, suddenly hearing what he was saying. Tears formed in his eyes. "I don't mean that. I don't ever want to hurt anyone again."
Jake grabbed the person attacking him (Who Btw?) and with a quick pinch they were on the ground unconscious, breathing lightly. Jane came back through the door and stared at the child on the floor. “Jake you shouldn’t do this,” she said sharply. Jake did not respond. “We could get in real trouble,” she insisted. “We do what we have to do,” Jake said in a low voice. “They sent two people to watch over this place. Two. Why would they expect us not to use force? We have to.”
