WATTUP
If you have any questions, or something you're not sure about, just ask :)
Have two characters, one boy and one girl
This is a modern camp, with faucilities. I am basing my RP off of this camp in PA https://joyelcamps.org.
If you have a mean character, have a nice one to balance it out. If you have a shy character, have a not-shy one. You may have two nice characters and two not-shy ones.
That's about all. Oh, and here's the character template:
Name:
Age:
Gender:
Sexuality:
Appearance:
Attire:
Personality:
Hobbies:
Other:
Our girl characters will both be in the same cabin, and same with the boys.
Try to range the age around 12-15.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

HAVE FUN!
Every day, you have an elective after dinner. You may change electives every week if you wish. There will be a sign up sheet. The available electives are drama, worship team, horseback riding, survival skills, baking and candy making, swimming, and “free time”, where you sit in a different location every week and read, draw, write, play, or talk.
If you have any allergies or health concerns, please tell the nurse or a counselor.
Your parents probably put some money into your “camp store fund”. This is money that you can use to purchase things from the Snack Shack (aka the canteen)or the camp store. You can use pocket money as well, and your parents may add in more money every week. If you brought a friend to camp for the first time, you get 10 free camp store credits.
Also, modest swimsuits and the meals are served like the foods on the table and if you need more just raise the serving plate above yo head and also cabins sit at different tables.

(Because, if you were to be Christian, it would affect the activities and actions of the characters. I'm not gonna hold it against you or anything :)
(Any questions?)
(Ahh, gotcha. No questions, but I did just remember that Danielle is a year younger than Marcus, so I changed her age)
(Alrighty!)
Annika and Otis hopped out of Annika's mom's car and went through the registration process. It came to picking their nametags. Oh dang, how will they prounounce it this time? Annika thought to herself. "Ok, here's Otis Hartford and Ann-ickuh,Ann-eeka, Ann-ie-kuh,um…here." Annika and Otis smiled at each other and walked on. They were greeted by a cheerful rotund woman who was gonna tell them their cabins. "Ok, Otis, you're in Cabin 3,England, and you, honey, are in Cabin 7, Hondoras." the woman said in a Southern accent. "AUSTIN! Take this young man to his cabin, and get Anna on your way out to take this young lady to hers." Austin smiled at Annika (they were cousins), and led Otis out. Annika's mom hugged her daughter and Anna led her to Hondoras.
Marcus made a noise of protest as Danielle pulled him out of her mom's car. "I just woke uuupp, gimme a minute, pleeease?" Marcus whined, and Danielle giggles as he struggles to stand up. "We don't have a minute; camp awaits!" Marcus rubbed his eyes, hiking up the bag on his back. "Can't camp wait a little longer?" He says tiredly, letting his best friend lead him in. Once her mom had finished the registration process, Danielle smiled as she and Marcus put on their name tags, and a kind-looking woman came up to them. "W-we can't be in the same cabin?" Marcus asked once she had told them their cabins, worried about being separated from Danielle. "Sorry, sweetie, boys and girls are in separate cabins. Privacy and whatnot, ya know? Don't worry, it's not like you won't be seeing each other." She then called in someone to take them, and Danielle's mom hugged her and Marcus, who was pretty much her son at this point, then headed back to her car.
(Sorry, I had a ton of stuff to do :)
Annika picked her bed. She set out her camp blanket, and some camp plushies, and a stuffed monkey that she’d had for 12 years in there. She wrapped her undersheet on her bed. She put her camera on a nearby shelf, along with the rechargeable battery, ready to take tons of pictures with her new friends. She put up some pictures on the wall of her home friends and camp friends from previous years. She unpacked her shoes, flashlight, and toiletry bag and set them on a shelf. She put her shoes in the cubicles on the other side of the room. Annika sat down on the floor and pulled out a guitar case, and began tuning it as girls came in. She would occasionally get up to say hi to an old friend, or help another girl with her luggage. Each girl had a trunk to put clothes and stuff in, so Anna took out some clothes, an index card, and several colored Sharpie markers and labeled her trunk. She leaned her guitar and case beside the bed and looked out the window.
Otis went up to cabin 3. “Thanks, Austin” Otis said quietly. Otis was greeted by his senior counselor, Benjamin. Otis smiled. He had Benjamin before. Otis walked over to the other side of the room, in the far corner. He shoved his stuff under his bed, put his shoes in the cubicles, and put stuff in the trunk. He had brought his guitar, too, but there was no way that he was gonna play it on the first day. Otis pulled out an index card and wrote his name neatly in a simple black Sharpie. When Otis set up his bed, he pulled out a notebook and began to write and draw.
(Nah, so do I, lol)
Danielle had a little bounce in her step as she sung a song in her head and entered the cabin. She thanked a girl that had been helping everyone else out, then started setting up her bed. When she was done, she pulled out the two pictures she had brought - one with her and all three of her best friends, and the other was her and her mother celebrating her first track victory. She wished her other two life-long friends had come along with her and Marcus, but they had their own things to do. She put her clothes into the trunk by her bed, and set her and Marcus' cameras in there. Gotta take him his camera, later. She noted as she went on to finish setting up. She went over and put her shoes in the cubicle, then went back to her bed and flopped down. Second year starting off well.
Marcus almost forgot how to breathe as he entered his cabin. Not because he found many of the boys in there cute, though that may have been part of it, but because he was terrified of being in new places without at least one of his friends. Danielle hadn't mentioned anything about separate cabins, and he guessed this was why. He took deep breaths as he went over to a corner bed near a window, and began unpacking. He made the bed last, sliding his now-empty bag and small suitcase underneath, then put his shoes in the cubicles on the other side of the room. He went back to his bed and sat down, taking another breath as he stared out the window and watched the sky.
(i gtg, be back tomorrow :)
(okie dokie)
"Howdy!" Annika said, hoisting herself up to see the girl who had the bed above (I'm assuming above) her.
Alright, Otis. We're gonna make friends this year, okay? Otis thought to himself. He pulled himself up to the boy who was above him and tucked a strand of his light brown hair behind his ears. "Um..h-hi." he said, his emerald green eyes sparkling with the hope, awaiting a response.
Danielle lifted her head, surprised to see someone talking to her so soon. "Oh, hiya! How ya doin'?" She greeted happily, pushing up into a criss-crossed sitting position and scooting over in case the girl wanted join her on the bed.
Marcus stared wide-eyed at the other boy, and scooted back a bit. "H-hi..?" He whispered, pulling shoulders up. Oh Stars, why so soon!?
"I'm doing well, thanks. Can I come up?" she asked, making her way up the ladder rungs.
Otis bit his lip, slowly sinking down to his bed. He could see that the boy was intimidated, though Otis didn’t know why. He sat on his bed and began to write, gazing out the window.
"Sure!" Danielle patted the spot in front of her with both hands, giving a little smile.
Marcus exhaled when the boy went back down, and he took a few deep breaths again, his hand on his chest. Then, he started picking at the blanket nervously. I-I hope I didn't…scare him somehow… He slowly scooted forward and peeked over the side of the bed, watching him for a moment.
"Thanks. So, have you been here before?" Annika asked, sitting next to Danielle. "Oh, and what's your name?"
Otis watched some campers outside the window, and smiled when a group of day campers walked by. He happened to glance up, and he noticed Marcus watching him. Otis looked down. I can't make friends, it's official. He was almost scared, because he had made a horrible first impression. I should never do this again… he thought, gazing out the window, slowly inhaling and exhaling.
"Name's Danielle, and this is my second year 'round here." Danielle answered, deciding to leave out her darned last name. Then, she tilted her head a little. "What about you?"
Marcus moved back when Otis noticed him, and he quickly sat up. I could try and make a friend, but..it's scary without Danielle. He made a small, disappointed noise at himself, glancing out the window. She'd be happy if I managed it, though… He took another deep breath and looked at his bed for a moment, then slowly climbed down the ladder.
(Gotta go do dishes, brb)
(Alright!)
"This is my tenth, actually. Been comin' since preschool. So, do you have any friends that came with you?" she asked.
Otis noticed Marcus coming down the ladder, but decided that he was probably going to the bathroom or something.
