(Timeskip?)
(Yep)
Tanner had the bracelet back on and walked into the dance classroom. He puts his shoes one and waits for Piper and Cassie
Piper came in a few minutes early, hoping to get in a bit of extra stretching. When she went in, she found tanner and they started talking like they had known each other for years. Which made sense, because they had. But to a few people in the room, it seemed a bit strange.
Tanner smiles happily. "So Nancy hasn't been right up next to me all day. She's always stayed away. even switched one of her seats."
"Whoop whoop," Piper cheered. "That's great news. I wish she would've caught on sooner."
"I do too…hehe…" He looks around. "Still no cassie huh?"
"I guess not," she replied with a shrug. "Anyway, I need your advice about something," she said, and showed him her phone. There was a banner across the screen with the word "Dad" in bold letters. "He wants me to come back."
"…Do you want to go back?"
"Short answer? No. I hated it there. Long answer? Maybe I didn't like it, but maybe I should go back. He did take care of my basic necessities, so I guess I kinda owe him for that. I really don't know though."
"If you don't like it there then you shouldn't have to go back. You should do what you want." Tanner smiles at her. "It's up to you."
“It just seems a bit selfish to me,” she said with a sigh. “Maybe I think about myself too much?”
"Not really…You did ask me if I wanted to dance…About a relationship." He said quietly.
She didn’t say anything to that, she just sat there. Sure, she asked him about what he wanted, but then she made a decision based on herself.
"I told you I'd be happier with either, but also sad…" He sighs. "So I asked what did you want."
“And thats how the decision was made,” she responded quietly. “Based on me.”
"Based of you. Of a decision I made."
“All I’m saying is naybe it would be best if I started thinking about others a bit more,” she replied. She was now ready to end this conversation.
"If that's what you think is best." Tanner shrugged it off but quickly stood up when he saw Xander. "I-I'll talk to you later…"
"O-okay, I guess," she replied. But Tanner was already walking away.
Tanner didn't want to get in the middle of things so he goes and sits by the stretching rail.
"Hey, Piper," Xander said. Then he sat down right next to her and started rummaging through his bag. She scooted over just a bit.
Tanner notices Cassie finally showed up and she comes over to him. "H-Hey Jarred."
"Oh, You finally made it."
Piper noticed Cassie come in, but she didn't go over to say hi or anything. She just turned to Xander.
"So, I took the liberty of choreographing the first 30 seconds of our performance, but it's a very rough draft."
