@Joneathan

i like The Dolls Of New Albion, A Steampunk Opera but like no one else has heard of them and so it kinda feels like I'm all alone in the fandom.

pokes head in I heard Star Trek fandom and came as fast as I could

YES THAT IS WONDERFUL

I had a huge Star Trek phase when I was in elementary school. It was my first fandom. I even wrote fanfiction and stories based off of it. Last month my parents and I watched the first season of Discovery and flipped out and now I'm rewatching the original series. When I'm done with that I'll go to TNG and Voyager, Enterprise, DS9, the movies… why is there so much STUFF in this fandom?

Yeah star trek was one of the peaks of my middle school experience, mainly because of TNG and Voyager, now I'm almost done with DS9 (which is amazing). I actually got into trek in 5th grade with the original series

I've seen all of the original series, all of TNG, all of Voyager, some of DS9, most of Enterprise, season one of Discovery, and a few of the movies. I have a problem…

grimoire of Mormon and Falsettos is great

Or it could just be that I'm biased towards andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) Rannells

@fruitbatsandearlgrey

Also musicals. I love musicals. My favorite has to be Great Comet, which is really underrated. Honestly it's catchy and deep and really fun and agh. I should listen to it more often.

@Masterkey

Nobody on here has read The Queen's Thief series even though I'd say it's one of the best series I've ever read. :'( So many famous authors admired it. If you want to read it, just know that the first grimoire is OK but necessary, and the second and third grimoires are so amazing you'll be left wondering how anything could be so holy.

I'm still torn on who deserved that Tony: DEH or Great Comet

@PuffPoff

ahem Tuck Everlasting…….

True

It was forgotten because Hamilton came out a few months later

same. I saw DEH last month (and cried for two hours straight) and it was absolutely phenomenal, but I'd literally throw myself out a see-through wall for a Great Comet revival. Tony season is hard.

I've read the first grimoire, and I will read the others. (Just probably not anytime soon.)

  • Flavia de Luce
  • The Darkest Minds
  • The Riverman

Heyyy, I’ve read the darkest minds, too! I liked them a lot, but I’m terrified they’re going to mess up the movie horribly, so we’ll see about that.

@Becfromthedead group

I assume any sort of fandom goes, yeah? Not just movies, grimoires, and TV?
Okay, so I’m a really big Fire Emblem fan, and it seems to be a little more mainstream than it used to be, but the average non-gamer hasn’t heard of it.
I also like the anime Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure (yes, I know it’s also a manga, but I don’t typically read manga), which isn’t super obscure, but I guess it’s one of those things that isn’t for everyone. I thought I’d hate it, but here I am.

  • Discworld
  • Kingkiller Chronicles
  • Eureka
  • Warehouse 13
  • Vikings
  • Ender's Game

These aren't all my fandoms but those are the less known ones I can remember at the moment.

Bonus:

  • The Wyrd Sisters Fanbase

It's a Discworld thing
Don't judge
